Setting up your Any.do account is easy and can be done by using your FB or Google accounts, or by choosing a standard email and password login. The reason we ask users to register for an account is in order for the app to save their tasks 24/7 and syncs across multiple platforms, making your data accessible to you from anywhere you sign in! This data is kept securely on our hosted servers and can not be accessed by unauthorized parties. Our host – Amazon Web Services – is one of the world’s largest hosting services, trusted by numerous corporations. All transportation from the client to the server is encrypted. Your Any.do Profile includes your name, email, Any.do subscription plan and an optional profile photo. You can change your profile information and preferences at any time using the instructions below. You are also able to reset your password and sign out from your profile page.

Be advised that any time preferences used set in your device will be used for your Any.do profile as well. By default, Any.do adjusts itself to your device’s time, but this can be manually overridden on some devices as instructed below.

Android

To access or change your Profile: 
1. Go to your Any.do Settings.
2. Tap “Profile” under Account.
3. Update your name or email by pressing the  icon to the right and press “Done” on your keyboard when you’re finished. Update your picture by tapping directly on it (saves locally, per session only). Change your password by pressing “Reset Password.”

If you are trying to change your email but keep seeing the message “Oops, something went wrong” then you are probably trying to change to an email that already has an account associated with it. In order to fix this, you need to delete the account associated with the other email first.

To delete your Profile: 

1. Go to your Any.do Settings.
2. Tap “Profile” under Account.
3. Select “Delete Account.”

Please not the deletion is irreversible and your information stored on Any.do can not be retrieved.


iOS

2. Tap “Profile” under Account.

To override your timezone: 

1. Go to your Any.do Settings.
2. Tap “Time Zone Override”
3. Select which time zone you want Any.do to use.


Web

To access or change your Profile: 
1. Go to your Any.do Settings
2. Tap “Profile” under Account.
3. To change your password, press “Reset Password.”

If you are trying to change your email but keep seeing the message “Oops, something went wrong” then you are probably trying to change to an email that already has an account associated with it. In order to fix this, you need to delete the account associated with the other email first, and then try and change your email again.

To delete your Profile:

1. Press  to open your Settings.
2. Tap “Profile” under Account.

3. Select “Delete Account.”

Please not the deletion is irreversible and your information stored on Any.do can not be retrieved.
