Adding events through Any.do is simple and quick. With our Calendar Integration, we made sure you can add and edit your events so you can effortlessly manage them alongside your daily tasks. If you add an event through Any.do, your event will also be added to your device’s native calendar – syncing seamlessly. Tasks can also be conveniently added directly via the Calendar View and set on the currently selected date. Both tasks and events can be easily edited/deleted by selecting the specific occurrence and choosing the ‘edit’ option. Be advised that only events will sync back to your native calendar while tasks will remain in Any.do.

Android

To add a Calendar event: 
1. Go to your Calendar View  .
2.  Tap  and choose Event.
3. Add your event information and select ‘Add’ on the top right corner of your screen.
4. Your event will be added to your device’s native calendar!

To add a Task: 
1. Tap  and choose Task .
2. Give your task a name and it will be added to your calendar on your currently selected date.

To edit an event:
1. Tap on an event
2. Tap “edit” on the top right
3. Change any event details you like
4. Press save

To invite users to an event:
1. Choose an event and tap EDIT
2. Scroll down to ‘invitees’ and tap on ‘Add Invitee’
3. Fill in the invitee’s email address, tap Enter and then tap Done
4. Save the event

To delete an event:
1. Tap on an event
2. Tap “edit” on the top right
3. Scroll to the bottom and select “Delete Event”


iOS

To add a Calendar event: 
1. Go to your Calendar View .

To add a Task: 
1. Tap  and choose Task .

To choose the ‘Default Event Duration’: 

‘Default Event Duration’  is the length of time Any.do events automatically set to. You can choose your ‘Default Event Duration’ to be either 30, 45, or 60 minutes long.

1. Go to your Any.do Settings.
2. Toggle ‘Default Event Duration’ under Calendar to choose your preferred

time.


Web

Our Calendar View is not yet available on the Web app, though we are working on having it added as soon as possible!
