All Tasks View
What is it?
Any.do’s navigation screen offers the All Tasks view as an efficient way to review tasks. It was designed to help users manage and complete tasks with ease. For further drill-down of your tasks, this view can be sorted per your preference by specific time periods or by lists. Workspace members will be able to see all workspace tasks assigned to them in this view on the desktop platforms, sorted by time categories.

- Both Premium and Free users can take advantage of this feature!

How does it work?
- The All Tasks view is available through the app’s navigations screens.
- This view can show personnel tasks sorted by time or by list in a single or multi-column view.
- The “All Tasks” view is where you can manage, organize and prioritize all of your tasks. Staying up to date with your to-dos has never been easier.
- For users that have a workspace, on the desktop platform they can toggle the bar next to the title to see the workspace tasks assigned to them displayed by time categories.
- Workspace users can also choose to hide or unhide overdue tasks.
To open the All Tasks view

- From the home menu
- See the bottom blue menu.
- Tap on “All Tasks”.
To exit the view tap on the home menu
✔️ Android
- From the home menu
- On the top you will see the “All Tasks” view Or press “Tasks” from the bottom left.
Or tap on “Tasks” on the bottom menu to open the “All Tasks” view.
To exit the view tap on the home menu

- From the Navigation pane on the left side of the screen.
- Click on “All Tasks”.
Note: Users that have a workspace will be able to see workspace tasks in the view by toggling the button next to the view title.
To add a task
✔️ Android/ iOS
- Add a task from the quick add bar or by the + option.
✔️ Web/ Windows/ Mac
- Type in the task title form the “Add task”.
For personal tasks, you can also add tag\due date\ assign a list from the icons above the input.
For workspace tasks you can add tag\due date\ assign a board from the icons above the input.
To change the sorting of tasks to time or list
✔️ Android/ iOS
- Tap on the menu
on the top right corner of your list.
- Select
Sort
- Choose between ‘Time’ sorting and ‘List’ sorting.
✔️ Web/ Windows/ Mac
- Click on the menu
next to the list’s title.
- Next to “Sort by” tap on “Time” or “List”.
Note: There is no option to change the sorting in the workspace tasks view.
To view tasks in multi or single column (desktop)
✔️ Web/ Windows/ Mac

- Open the 3 dots menu.
- Select the view single column or multiple columns from under the same menu.
To change the layout of the tasks (desktop)
✔️ Web/ Windows/ Mac
- Open the 3 dots menu.
- Select “Compact” to see more tasks per column.
To clear completed tasks
✔️ Android/ iOS
- Tap on the menu
on the top right corner of your list.
- Select the “Clear”

- Click on “Clear completed”
To print tasks
✔️ Android/ iOS
- Tap on the menu
on the top right corner of your list.
- Select the print icon on the top.

- Click on “Print”
To view workspace tasks in the view to (workspace members only)
✔️ Web/ Windows/ Mac
Toggle the name of the workspace from the view, next to the title of the view. Then you will be able to see all of the workspace tasks assigned to you.
