Prioritization is key in executing tasks successfully. Any.do Moment is a daily planner that will make sure you stay on top of your most important tasks, while being able to reschedule any lower-priority ones. The feature will display to you one-by-one, all tasks in your Today section. If there are shared tasks in your Today section, then you will only be shown the ones that are assigned to you. For each one of these tasks, Any.do Moment will offer you to reschedule, mark it as done or simply delete it. Each day you’ve set the Moment to appear, you will receive a pop notifications prompting you to get your day in order. Changing the preferences allows you customize when Any.do Moment alert is active– day of the week and time. You are also able to disable Any.do Moment at any time from the app’s Settings.

While regular users can run the Any.do Moment up to five times a month, Premium Users  can run it an unlimited number of times!

Android

To Plan Your Day with Any.do Moment:
1. Head to your Task View
2. Select the 3 dots at the top right corner of your screen.
3. Select‘Plan my day’
4. Proceed to plan today’s tasks 🙂

 

To modify Any.do Moment’s preferences:
1. Head to your Any.do Settings
2. Select ‘Any.do Moment’ under Tasks
3. Customize the Any.do Moment preferences for the days and time you wish, or simply disable it.

The black dots indicate days on which the Any.do Moment alert is active, and underneath it you can set the alert time. Grey dots indicate inactive days.

You can disable all alerts by tapping the ‘Disable’ button.


iOS

At this time Any.do Moment is only available on our Android and iOS apps but it is planned for our Web app as well!
