First, try manually syncing your information with the servers on your mobile device.
Then, sign into web app (https://web.any.do/) with the same account you are signed into on the mobile app.

If the tasks still don’t sync, please note that the tasks that appear on the web app are the most recent and accurate data we have on our servers, so it may be possible that your mobile device is out of sync.

In such case, tasks from your mobile may be lost – please make sure to write them down.
Log out and back into the app on both your mobile app and the web app. At this point you should be seeing the same tasks across all platforms.
Manually enter any unsynced tasks if you have such.

It is important to sync your account as often as possible so your information on our servers is up to date.

To manually sync: 
1. Press the  button in the top right of your task view.
2. Tap

To log out: 
1. Go to your Settings 
2. Select Profile
3. Press “Sign Out”


iOS

To manually sync: 
1. Press the  button in the top right of your task view.

To log out: 
1. Go to your Settings 
2. Select Profile
3. Press “Sign Out”


Web

To manually sync: 
1. Simply press  on the top right of your screen.

To log out: 
1. Go to your Settings 
2. Select Profile
3. Press “Sign Out”
