Any.do’s Calendar Integration was created to allow users to have better control over their schedule while being able to view both tasks and events side by side. The Calendar View was designed accordingly for easy organization and planning of both your time dependent tasks and events. Using this integration, users are able to add their device’s native calendar(s) to Any.do by simply having them set up as accounts on their devices (see instructions below).

After successfully integrating your calendar(s) you will be able to see each calendar’s respective items, distinctly indicated by the dots stationed to the left of your events; each colored dot represents the calendar that the event comes from. These colors are determined by your device settings and can be modified from your native calendar app. Events in your calendar have several properties including: Name, time, location, recurrence, invitees, alarm, notes, assigned calendar, and duration. These can all be easily edited straight from Any.do without any need to open your native app.

Since both tasks and events can be added via the Calendar View all scheduling can be conducted under one roof, without any need of opening multiple apps. Tasks that are past their due date, but haven’t been completed will become “overdue tasks.” These will automatically show up on the current day in red text. These tasks can be re-planned using Any.do Moment or by simply editing straight from the view.
