While we hope that you are using Any.do reminders to keep your daily life productive and organized, we understand that from time to time you need to take a break from your busy life. In such cases, you can choose to simply disable all of Any.do’s reminders and notifications until you’re ready to jump back in. Reminders can be easily turned off under each task, while any other notifications can be disabled from the app’s Settings screen.


Android

To disable a task reminder: 

1. Tap on the task to open its menu.
2. Tap on the reminder icon .
3. Tap the trash icon  to reset the reminder.

To disable Moment notifcations (Plan Your Day):
1. Tap the settings icon ().

2. Select any.do Moment.

3. Tap on “DISABLE”.

To disable Event reminders:

1. Tap the stting icon ().

2. Tap on  “Event reminders” under Calendar and set it to “OFF”.

To disable Missed call notifications / Call follow up / Meeting follow up :

1. Tap the stting icon ().

2. Tap on notification name (Missed call notifications / Call follow up / Meeting follow up) and set it to “OFF”.


iOS

To disable a task reminder: 

1. Tap on the task to open its menu.
2. Tap on the reminder icon .
3. Tap the trash icon  to reset the reminder.

To disable Moment notifications (Plan Your Day):
1. Tap the settings icon ().

2. Select any.do Moment.

3. Tap on “DISABLE”.

To disable Event reminders:

1. Tap the stting icon ().

2. Tap on  “Event reminders” under Calendar and set it to “OFF”.


Web

To disable a task reminder:

To disable Any.do notifications entirely: 
1. Go to Any.do Settingsat the top right corner of your screen.
2. Toggle ‘Desktop Notifications’ under Preferences OFF
