If your task order is not syncing across platforms, please log out and back into the app on all platforms. If it is still not syncing, please ‘Report a Bug’ through the app.

To log out: 
1. Go to your Settings 
2. Select Profile
3. Press “Sign Out”

To report a bug: 
1. Go to your Settings 
2. Select “Support” and then “Report a bug.”
3. Fill out the bug report and press “Submit.”


iOS

To log out: 
1. Go to your Settings 
2. Select Profile
3. Press “Sign Out”

To report a bug: 
1. Go to your Settings 
2. Select “Support” and then “Report a bug.”
3. Fill out the bug report and press “Submit.”


Web
