Notes are a useful way to to add data to your tasks, register random thoughts regarding it, or simply add directions for your collaborators to follow. Notes are saved under your tasks and can easily be added to or altered. If a task was completed and then retrieved, any note it contained will again become available.

Attaching files is another way to keep track of all relevant info regarding a task. You can attach voice notes, images, videos, or any other file you find relevant to any of your active tasks. Standard users can add up to 1.5MB attachments, while Premium users can upload any size of file. Both notes and files are also shared with collaborators, who will receive an update in their Any.do’s Notification Center when a file or a note is added to a shared task.
