The Tasks View

What is it?

Any.do’s Task View is where you will find everything that you need to manage, organize and prioritize your lists and tasks. From here you can add new tasks, view your tasks, edit them, complete or retrieve them.

Who has access?

  • Both Premium and Free users can take advantage of this feature!
  • The feature is available on all supported platforms.

How does it work?

  • The Task View features a Quick-Add Bar for easy creation of tasks.
  • The view is minimally designed to keep your focused on your to-dos, filtered by Time or List categories.
  • You can filter by List to view your tasks by the order of lists you’ve set up in the Navigation menu. Or, filter by Time to view your tasks sorted per their reminder date.
  • Tasks filtered by Time won’t be organized by chronological order, in order to allow manual reordering. To view tasks in chronological order, switch over to the Calendar View.
  • At the top left corner you can go to the Navigation menu to select the desired List, display (weekly/all tasks), or Tag, or open the Grocery List feature.
  • At the top of the view you can find the Tasks Menu from which you can export and import tasks, filter and clear all completed ones, or manually sync your tasks.
  • On mobile, you can also upgrade your account, activate the Any.do Moment feature, and find the Any.do “Smart Cards” right along your notifications.
  • You can disable reminders from the tasks view by toggling the blue bell off from the task menu under the due date.
