The Three Days View

What is it?

Any.do’s Three Days view helps you take control of your to-do’s for the immediate future, and allows you to effectively manage your schedule, prioritize the daily tasks and reschedule (when needed) to the following days.

Who has access?

  • Both Premium and Free users can take advantage of this feature!
  • The feature is available on the iOS and Android apps. 

How does it work?

  • After setting up your calendar(s) you will be able to see both tasks and events side by side in the Calendar View.
  • Selecting the Three Day view allows users the convenience of a focused period, to set short-terms goals, and easily prepare for any tasks or meetings.

Launching the Three Days view

✔️ Android/ iOS

  1. Tap to open the Calendar View.
  2. Open the Calendars menu  from the top left corner of the screen.
  3. Under Calendar View select “3 Day”. 

✔️ Web/ Windows/ Mac

On the desktop apps, the Calendar View will automatically display the Daily View.


Browsing activity

✔️ Android/ iOS

  1. Tap to open the Calendar View.
  2. Scroll left/right to move between dates.

Adding a task/event to your calendar

✔️ Android/ iOS

  1. Tap to open the Calendar View.
  2. Tap on the blue plus icon .
  3. Tap to add a task or an event to your schedule.

✔️ Web/ Windows/ Mac

At this time, the desktop apps can only display a single Google account in read only mode. Therefore, events can only be added from the mobile apps. Tasks can be easily added from the Task View, on the left.


Viewing the monthly spread

✔️ Android/ iOS

  1. Tap to open the Calendar View.
  2. Tap on the month’s title at the top of the screen <Nov 2020>.
  3. Scroll left/right on the calendar move between months.

To go back to the Three Days View, simply tap once more on the month, to minimize the calendar spread.


Switching to a different view

✔️ Android/ iOS

  1. Tap to open the Calendar View.
  2. Open the Calendar menu  from the top left corner of the screen.
  3. Under ‘Views’ select the desired view.

Selecting which calendars to display in your view

✔️ Android/ iOS

  1. Tap to open the Calendar View.
  2. Open the Calendar menu  from the top left corner of the screen.
  3. Under the ‘Visible’ list of all calendars saved to your phone, check the one(s) you want to display on your Calendar View.

✔️ Web/ Windows/ Mac

  1. Click to open the Calendar View’s drop down menu from the left sidebar. 
  2. Check the calendar(s) you want to display on your Calendar View.
