Managing your invoices for Any.do's subscription plans is simple and efficient. This article will guide you through the process of viewing, editing, and downloading your invoices. 👑 Your Any.do Premium Invoice

If you upgraded your Any.do account with a Premium plan, you may manage your invoice per the payment-provider you've subscribed through, according to the details below.

 Managing your Premium invoice via Apple

If you upgraded your plan to Premium via Apple's subscriptions, your invoice will be emailed to you upon payment (per the email address associated with your Apple ID). In case you did not receive the invoice or need another copy, please see instructions here.

Note: Any.do cannot change or edit Apple invoices. Regarding any issues, please contact Apple's Support Team directly.

🤖 Managing your Premium invoice via Google Play

If you upgraded your plan to Premium via Google Play, your invoice will be emailed to you upon payment (per the Gmail address associated with your Google Play account). In case you did not receive the invoice or need another copy, please see instructions here.

Note: Any.do cannot change or edit Google invoices. Regarding any issues, please contact Google's Support Team directly.

If you upgraded your plan to Premium via Huawei's App Gallery, your invoice will be emailed to you upon payment (per the email address associated with your Huawei account). In case you did not receive the invoice or need another copy, please see instructions here.

🔵 Managing your Premium invoice via Any.do (Stripe)

If you upgraded your plan to Premium directly via Any.do then you may download your invoice directly from the app whenever you require a copy:

  1. Log into the Web app at https://app.any.do (from a desktop browser) or via the desktop apps with your Premium account.

  2. Then, go to Settings – Profile – Manage Subscription. From there, you can download and send all your invoices to your email.

If you upgraded your plan to Teams directly via Any.do, your invoice will be emailed to you upon payment (per the email address associated with your Any.do account).

You may also download the app and choose where to send copies of the invoice when payments are made through our Web app at https://app.any.do/ (from any desktop device) or in our Windows/Mac apps, per the details below:

🎯 FAQs

📩 Will my invoice be sent to me automatically?

Invoices for the Family Teams (Workspace) plans will be emailed to you automatically upon payment. Also, Premium invoices via Google Play/Apple/Huawei will be emailed directly upon payment to the email address associated with your Google Play/Apple/Huawei account.

Premium invoices for direct payment will not be emailed automatically but can easily be downloaded after payments from your account per the instructions here.

📝 Will I be able to add my company details to my invoice?

For payments made directly with Any.do, our Support Team will be happy to add any required details to your invoice! Just contact our Support Team through the widget on this site or from your Any.do app (under Settings - Support) and the team will gladly assist you.

Note: Any.do cannot edit invoice made through 3rd party services (Google Play/Huawei/Apple). For such instances, please contact the payment provider directly.

😨 My invoice/receipt is incorrect

Invoices are calculated according to your plan's type and period. You can learn all about this calculation here.

That said, if you noticed any incorrect details in your invoice, our Support Team will be more than happy to look into it for you should you reach out through the widget on this site or from your Any.do app (under Settings - Support).

1️⃣ Will I get a billing invoice prior to the payment?

No, invoices are issues only upon payment.

🧾 Can I get a tax invoice?

Any.do issues a fully detailed invoice for your accounting needs. However, we do not issue specific tax-invoices at this time.

As to 3rd payment providers such as Google Play/Huawei/Apple, you will need to reach out to those services directly for more details.
