If you upgraded your plan to Premium via Apple's subscriptions, you can easily update your payment details through your subscription-settings in your Apple account, per the details below:

  1. Open your device's Settings

  2. Select the Settings app.

  3. Tap your name.

  4. Tap Payment and Shipping

  5. Tap on edit.

  6. Remove or add a payment method.

  2. Click "Edit" in the lower right corner of the credit card whose information needs to be updated.

  3. Enter the new credit card number, cardholder name, expiration date, and card security code. Click "OK".

  4. Complete the identity verification.

  5. Choose Funds Management > Payment Methods and click History to confirm that the update succeeded.

Depending on the platform you've upgraded through and your preferred plan, there are several options available:

  • Any.do Premium can be purchased via -

    • Google Play and Huawei AppGallery from an Android device.

    • Apple App Store via an iOS device.

    • Directly through Any.do using Stripe (accepting Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners, Cartes Bancaires, JCB, China Union Pay and Discover).

  • Any.do Family can be purchased via -

    • Google Play from an Android device.

    • Apple App Store via an iOS device.

    • Directly through Any.do using Stripe (accepting Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners, Cartes Bancaires, JCB, China Union Pay and Discover).

  • Any.do Workspace (Teams) can be purchased directly through Any.do using Stripe (accepting Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners, Cartes Bancaires, JCB, China Union Pay and Discover).

πŸ€” How can I tell what plan/provide I upgraded with?

If you're not sure which plan you've subscribed to, the following guidelines will help you to identify your plan:

  • Check the account status in your app under Settings - Profile. It will indicate if the account is Premium/ Family or Teams.

  • Check if you have a space active in your account. If so, you probably have a Family or Workspace (Teams) account.

  • Check if you have additional members in your account or if you're able to share boards. If so, you probably have a Family or Workspace (Teams) account.

  • Only Premium and Family plans can currently be upgraded via Apple and Google Play so if that's where you see your subscription/invoice your plan is mostly like one of those.

The following guidelines will help you to identifying your payment method:

  • Check the subscription details in the Web app at https://app.any.do/ from any desktop browser, under Settings - Profile. It will indicate the billing method you're using.

  • If you have an Apple, Google Play or Huawei Store accounts - check in your subscription if you can locate 'Any.do'.

  • If you own a Premium or Family plans, we recommend checking Google Play/Apple for your subscription first. If the plan is not showing there, then most odds are that your plan was created directly with us (Stripe).

  • If you own a Teams plan that your plan was created directly with us (Stripe).

  • If you recall upgrading directly with us (using a credit card), your plan is through stipe.

  • If your credit card/bank statement is showing Google Play or Apple, the plan is handled through the relevant app store.

  • If your credit card/bank statement is showing 'Any.do' only, then most odds are that your plan was created directly with us (Stripe).

If you're still not sure or need assistance, please reach out to our Support Team with your Any.do account's email address (as it appears under Settings - Profile in your app), for identification and authorization.

Only the admin of the plan can access the account's subscription details.

If you've upgraded through Google Play but cannot view the subscription details in the app, we recommend simply logging out of your Google Play account and logging back in with any other Google Play account you may own πŸ™‚

If you own 2 plans (like Family and Teams), you will be able to view both subscriptions per the payment providers you've selected and as instructed above.

🌏 Can I pay in local currency or are payments only in USD?

Depending on the selected payment method, Any.do does have local-currency options. If you're using Apple/Google Play/Huawei then based on your personal settings, local currency can be an option. We recommend checking for these terms with the designated App Store including any additional fees and conversion rated applied from their end.

With direct payments, payment are available in USD only. However, in certain cases local plans can be created as well. For details, just ask our Support Team through the widget on this site or from your Any.do app (under Settings - Support).
