🚀 How to upgrade to Any.do Family

Any.do's Family subscription plan can be purchased as a monthly subscription or a yearly subscription.

The plan offers a flat rate for up to 4 members and 4 shareable boards, calculated by period. Meaning, the price will remain the same (subject to our TOS) for the duration of your plan, regardless of how many members you add (1-4).

You can select your preferred payment-provider to upgrade through, per the details below:

🤖 Upgrading to Any.do Family via Google Play (Android)

Tap on the 3 dots menu -> upgrade \ blue start on the top right.
Tap on 'Family'.
Select monthly / yearly
Press 'Continue'.

Open the home menu.
Press the + under 'Shared Space'.
Select 'family'.

🍏 Upgrading to Any.do Family via Apple (iOS)

Tap on the 3 dots menu -> upgrade \ blue start on the top right.
Tap on 'Family'.
Select monthly / yearly
Press 'Continue'.

Open the home menu.
Press the + under 'Shared Space'.
Select 'family'.

🔵 Upgrading to Any.do Family directly (Stripe)

The payment provider Any.do uses for direct transactions is called Stripe and is an extremely trustworthy service (click here for their Privacy and Terms).

Press 'Try it' from the bottom left pop up.
Select 'Family'

Open settings.
Click on 'Create space'.
Select 'Family'.

💡 Note: If you created a trial plan, no further action is needed, as the selected plan will simply renew automatically (unless cancelled prior to the renewal date).

🔀 Switching plans to Any.do Family

If you already own an Any.do subscription plan (such as Premium or Teams) and wish to change your plan to the Family plan, you can:

Sign up to the Family plan after the billing cycle ends
OR contact our Support team for an immediate switch and they will be happy to assist.

💡 Note: When switching immediately to the Teams (Workspace) plan, any remaining credit from your current plan will be added to your Workspace plan so you only pay for the balance.

📆 Switching your Family plan from monthly to annual basis

In order to switch from a monthly Family subscription plan to a yearly Family plan, you can:

Sign up to the yearly plan after the monthly billing cycle ends
OR contact our Support team for an immediate switch and they will be happy to assist.
