Any.do’s Calendar View makes it easy to see all of your tasks and calendar events together in one place. Instead of jumping between different apps, you can connect your existing calendars - like Google, Outlook, or iCloud - and manage your full schedule right from Any.do.
This guide will walk you through how the calendar integration works, how to connect your calendars on each platform, how to share calendars with others, and what to do if things stop syncing. No tech skills needed - just follow the steps!

🗓️ How the Calendar Integration Works
Any.do’s Calendar View works by mirroring events from your existing calendar clients. It is not a standalone (independent) calendar:
Mobile (Android & iOS): Mirrors events from your device’s native calendar apps
Web & Desktop: Directly integrates with one Google, Outlook, or iCloud account
The integration must be set up separately on each device you use in order for you to see the same calendar on all of your devices.

Here’s how to make it work for Family or Workspace members:

Integrate that calendar into Any.do on each device according to the steps above.
🔗 Option 2: Share Calendar Links Between Users

iCloud Calendar:
Open Calendar → Tap “i” icon → Enable “Public Calendar” → Copy link

🛑 How to disable/reset calendar permissions
Disabling calendar permissions will disconnect your calendar from Any.do and remove all synced events from the Calendar View. This is helpful for troubleshooting sync issues or when you no longer wish to use the integration.
