Any.do's Calendar integration was specifically designed to help you best manage your busy schedule along your daily tasks. Once you set up your calendar, you will be able to view your tasks and events side by side. The calendar events will also show in the My Day view to allow you to better design your day and make room for important tasks.

🛠️ How does it work?
Any.do’s Calendar View will display your calendar events and to dos side by side.
You can set up the calendar by simply allowing the app to access your device’s calendar permissions.
You may select your preferred spread for viewing (agenda/ weekly/ 3 days or a single day).
On desktop/ web, you can connect your Outlook and Google calendars directly through the app and view the current day’s events under My Day as well.
View full event details by clicking on an item.
You can select which calendars you would like to view in your spreads.
You can enable calendar notifications to get them directly from your browser
⚙️ To set up your calendar integration
📱 Android/ iOS
Click the home button.
Select the Calendar View (bottom middle of your screen).
Select "ADD MY CALENDAR".
Select "Allow" to give Any.do access to your device's native calendar.
Your device's native calendar will now appear in your Calendar View.
💻 Web
Open My Calendar from the left menu.
Press the blue “Connect” option.
Or
Open the settings menu from the top left settings icon/ profile image next to your profile name.
Click on “Calendars”.
Press “Connect”.
👀 To manage visible calendars
💻 Web
Open the settings menu from the top left settings icon/ profile image next to your profile name.
Click on “Calendars”.
Change events you want to see as “on” and ones you don’t as “off”.
📱 Android/ iOS
Open the Calendars Menu by clicking on the 3 lines icon on the top left corner of the screen.
Check off whichever calendars you want Any.do’s Calendar View to include. You can change this back at any point in time.
🔆 To view events in My Day

Go to the My Day view
Open the arrow next to the My Day.
Press connect calendar.
💻 Web/ Mac/ Windows
Open My Day view from the left menu.
Press the blue “Connect” option OR Open the suggestion menu from the right-side panel, press on the Events tab and connect from there.
From there you can access the Calendar events.
🤳 To join a Zoom/ Google Meet video call from an event link
💻 Web / Windows/ Mac
Open an event that has a video call link from the calendar.
Choose "Join by video" or "Join by phone" option.
📱 Android/ iOS
Open an event that has a video call link from the Calendar view.
Tap on the link to join.
💡 You can add video call links to events on the mobile app:
Open an event
Tap on edit.
In the notes section add the video call link.
Save the event.
📆 To integrate more calendar clients
📱 Android/ iOS
Enter your device’s Settings – Accounts or Settings –> Calendar -> Accounts.
Add your calendar’s credentials.
Ensure this calendar is made visible in your Calendar View.
Outlook users: Make sure to add your account via Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync. OnePlus users or users who do not have this option can add their account via the Gmail app (Settings - Add Account - Exchange and Office 365).
💻 Web/ Windows/ Mac
The web app allows you to integrate one Outlook calendar and one Google calendar. In order to view other calendars in the web version you can subscribe to them from your Google\Outlook account settings - whether these are more Google/Outlook calendars or even external calendar clients (such as Apple's).
After you subscribe to your other calendars you will see them under your Google\Outlook account in the “Other Calendar” section and be able to view them in Any.do.

If you wish to subscribe to an Apple calendar, please see the following instructions to get a public link:
Firstly you will need to get the public URL of the calendar.
Open the iOS calendar.
Click on the “Calendar” icon.
Under the iCloud calendar section, click on the Info button (i) to the right of the calendar you’d like to make available in Google Calendar.
Enable “Public Calendar”.
Click on the “Share Link”.
Once you have your link, see the above instructions to subscribe to that calendar from your Outlook or Google account.
⚙️ General Calendar Settings
📆 To set a default calendar for all events
📱 Android
Go to your app settings.
Tap on "Default Calendar" under "Calendar".
Select which calendar new events will be automatically assigned to.
🎨 To modify calendar colors
📱 Android
Open your native calendar app.
Open the calendars menu.
Under settings, choose 'manage calendar colors' and select your preferences.
Note: Depending on device type, settings may vary.
📱 iOS
Open your native calendar app.
Open the calendars menu.
Tap the 'i' icon next to each calendar to modify its color.

🔔 To enable calendar notifications
📱 Android/iOS
As long as your app notifications are turned on, you will be able to receive calendar notifications.
💻 Web
Go to Settings.
Set ‘Event Reminders’ or ‘Desktop Notifications’ to ON / OFF.
🛑 To disable/reset calendar permissions
📱 Android
Open your device Settings.
Navigate to “Apps and Notifications”.
Press “App info” and then “Any.do”.
Press “Permissions” and disable the calendar permission.
📱 iOS
Open your device Settings.
Press “Any.do”
Disable the calendar permission.
💻 Web/ Mac/ Windows
Open setting
Open Calendar settings
From there you can disable access the Calendar events.
