Any.do's Calendar integration helps you stay organized by displaying your calendar events and tasks in one place. This feature allows Any.do to mirror events from your preferred calendar accounts, such as Google or Outlook, so you can seamlessly manage your schedule alongside your to-dos.
How the Calendar Works on Mobile:
On iOS (iPhone/iPad), Any.do pulls events from your Apple Calendar, which includes any accounts you’ve added to your device (such as Gmail or Outlook).
On Android, Any.do syncs with your Google Calendar, reflecting events tied to your Google account.
Important: The mobile app does not directly connect to external calendar accounts—it only mirrors what’s already on your phone’s calendar.
To enable this on mobile, simply allow Any.do access to your calendar in your device settings (see details below).
How the Calendar Works on Web & Desktop:
Unlike mobile, the web app lets you directly connect calendar accounts, such as Google or Outlook, without relying on your phone’s settings.
This means the events you see in the web app depend on which accounts you’ve linked inside Any.do (see details below), rather than what’s synced on your phone.
To ensure consistency, check that all your important calendar accounts are synced on both your phone settings and Any.do web settings.
Note: Any.do offers a calendar integration but does not provide an independent calendar; the calendar views are functional only with an integrated calendar client.

🤔 Why Don’t My Events Match Between Mobile and Web?
If you see different events on mobile and web, it’s likely because they pull data from different sources:
• Your phone shows events based on what’s synced to its built-in calendar.
• The web app only displays events from the accounts you directly linked in Any.do.
For example:
✔ If your Apple Calendar doesn’t include your Gmail events, you won’t see them on mobile.
✔ If your Google Calendar doesn’t have your Outlook events, they won’t appear unless you manually sync them.
To make sure everything matches, check that all your important calendar accounts are synced on both your phone settings and Any.do web settings.
Once set up on each of your devices, your calendar will display tasks and events together, and you can customize your view with different settings (see details below).
🛑 How to disable/reset calendar permissions
Disabling/resetting calendar permissions will disconnect your calendar from Any.do entirely (removing all calendar events). If you need to disable or reset calendar permissions, follow the provided instructions.
