The Calendar Integration

Any.do offers seamless integration with various calendar clients such as Google, iCloud, and Outlook, making it accessible for users of all types. After completing the integration process, Any.do's Calendar View will mirror events from your native calendar client (meaning Any.do’s calendar is not an independent calendar but relies on external clients).

By integrating your calendars, you can manage all your events and tasks from a single platform, ensuring everything is synchronized and up-to-date across all your devices:

  • Solo Users will enjoy consolidated personal schedules for better organization.

  • Family Members will effortlessly sync family activities to keep everyone on the same page.

  • Workspace Members will Streamline team meetings and project deadlines for improved collaboration.

Note: The integration process must be applied to each device you own. The calendars do not sync across platform unless fully integrated first on each device separately.

  • The Agenda/Monthly View: Scroll through tasks and events chronologically. Gain a comprehensive look at the entire month’s plans. The Agenda/Monthly View helps solo users with long-term planning, families with monthly events, and teams with project timelines.

  • The Daily View: Focus on important tasks and events for the day. Perfect for solo users prioritizing their day and team members keeping track of daily meetings and deadlines. Family members will find the Daily View extra useful to stay on top of everyone's ongoing action items and events.

  • The Three Days View: Manage tasks and events for the immediate future. Useful for families planning the next few days and teams preparing for upcoming projects. The Three Days View is great for anyone looking for a bit-sized view of their calendar.

  • The Weekly View: Get an overview of the entire week’s schedule. Beneficial for solo users planning their week, families coordinating schedules, and teams organizing weekly activities. The Weekly View will get your plans aligned while leaving room for quick re-organization.

💡 Note: Further customization can be applied to these views from the Calendar Settings, allowing you to personalize your calendar to suit your preferences and enhance productivity.

From the Calendar View you can quickly add and edit events, set due dates, alerts, and recurrences, as well as specify durations. You can also add notes, invitees, and locations to your events to easily view all relevant details and even share video-call links to jump right into meetings.

Tasks can be instantly edited from the Calendar View, allowing for easy prioritization, with designated features for handling overdue and unscheduled items, to streamline your work and enhance your productivity.

Sharing calendars is highly effective for families and teams, ensuring everyone sees the same events and stays informed. This shared visibility is crucial for productivity as it helps coordinate schedules, avoid conflicts, and streamline planning.

Families can integrate the same calendar to sync activities, while teams can create shareable links to subscribe to each member's calendar. This allows for a collaborative environment where everyone is aware of upcoming tasks, meetings, and events, fostering better communication and organization.

While Any.do doesn't have a direct calendar-sharing feature, these 2 options (sharing one calendar or setting shareable links) are easy and quick to set up for all relevant members.
