Any.do's calendar views offer a versatile way to manage your tasks and events effectively. Each view—Agenda, Weekly, Daily, Three Days, and Monthly—caters to different planning needs, whether you're looking at your immediate tasks or planning for the entire month.

By setting up your calendar, you will see tasks and events side by side, ensuring you stay organized and on top of your schedule. The various views will help you prioritize and plan your time efficiently, making it easier to manage both personal and Team/Family schedules. 📆 How to launch the Calendar View

If you haven't yet integrated your calendar client with Any.do, you will need to set it up first in order to access the calendar view. Once you've set it up, you can easily access Any.do's calendar per the details below.

📱 To launch the Calendar Views on Android/ iOS

  1. From a list view open the home menu.

  2. Tap on the Calendar view.

💻 To launch the Calendar Views on Web/desktop

  1. From the left menu

  2. Tap on My Calendar


🗓️ Launching the Agenda/Monthly View

The Agenda view on the mobile app displays tasks and events in a simple, chronological order. On Web, users will have a full monthly view with all tasks and events showing by dated.

This view is perfect for scrolling through your schedule and ensuring you don't miss any important activities.

  1. Tap the home button and open the Calendar View.

  2. Open the Calendar menu (3 lines icon) from the top left corner of the screen.

  3. Under 'Views' select the agenda.

  3. Change it to 'Month'

The Daily view focuses on your most important tasks and events for the current day. It's ideal for keeping track of your to-do list and staying on top of daily priorities.

  3. Under 'Views' select the day view.

3️⃣ Launching the 3 Days View (mobile)

The Three Days view on the mobile app helps you manage tasks and events for the immediate future. This view is useful for short-term planning and ensuring you're prepared for the upcoming days.

The Weekly view provides a comprehensive overview of your entire week’s schedule. It allows you to see all your tasks and events at a glance, making it easier to plan and manage your time effectively.

  3. Under 'Views' select the week view.

  3. Change it to 'Week'.


🗓 How to open the monthly/weekly spread (mobile)

In the mobile apps, users can add a weekly/monthly spread within any of their preferred views for a better understanding of the current week/month.

📱 Opening the monthly/weekly spread on Android/ iOS

  1. Tap the home button and open the Calendar View.

  2. Tap on the month's title at the top of the screen <Nov 2022>.

  3. Scroll left/right on the calendar move between months.

To go back to the weekly spread, simply tap once more on the month, to minimize the calendar spread.

🔁 How to switch between views

If you've launched one of the Calendar Views and want to switch to another view, you can easily do so on mobile and web with a few simple actions.

📱 To switch between views on Android/ iOS

  1. Tap the home button and open the Calendar View.

  2. Open the Calendar menu (3 lines icon) from the top left corner of the screen.

  3. Under 'Views' select the desired view.

💻 To switch between views on Web/Desktop

  1. From the Calendar view.

  2. Use the top-right view option.

  3. Change it to Month\ Day\ Week.


🔍 Browsing through the Calendar Views

After launching your preferred Calendar View, you can easily navigate through the dates, browsing events and tasks.

📱 To browse through the Calendar Views on Android/ iOS

  1. Launch your preferred calendar view.

  2. Scroll left/right to move between dates.

  1. Tap a specific date to view it.

👀 Can I choose which calendar events I see in the Calendar View?

You sure can! You can customize your view and choose to have only selected calendars in your Visible Calendars list as detailed right here.

🆚 What's the difference between the views?

The main difference is the time-period each view covers. If you're looking for a more general overview, then the monthly/agenda view will be optimal. If you're looking to drill down on a specific period, you may choose from the weekly / 3 days / 1 day displays.

☝️ Can I use just a single view?

Absolutely, you can stick to your preferred view only.
