🎨 How to Modify Calendar Colors
Colors help you quickly identify which calendar an event belongs to. Each calendar in Any.do is assigned one color, used across all events from that calendar. This color can be controlled from your native calendar app on mobile, or via your native calendar client for web/desktop.
📱 On iOS
Open your native calendar app
Tap the ‘i’ icon next to the calendar name
Choose a color (Google/Outlook/iCloud-specific)
📱 On Android
Open your native calendar app (Google, Outlook, or any other calendar app).
Open the calendars menu.
Under settings, choose 'manage calendar colors' and select your preference
💻 On Web & Desktop
The Web/Desktop apps sync the calendar colors from the native calendar-clients which you've integrated to Any.do (Google/Outlook/iCloud). To change these colors, please follow the instructions below according to your specific calendar-client:
🎨 Currently, individual events cannot be color-coded. Colors apply per calendar only.
⭐ How to Set the Default Calendar
Your default calendar is where all new events will be saved by default.
📱 On Android

📱 💻 On iOS & Web/Desktop
The default calendar is automatically set to the last calendar used when creating an event
✅ Events can be moved to another calendar after creation, depending on permissions.
