🙋 FAQs

📅 Can I use the calendar view without connecting a calendar?

No. The calendar view requires an integrated external calendar (such as Google Calendar/Outlook/iCloud). Learn how to set it up.

📆 Is there a monthly calendar view on mobile?

Not at this time. The mobile app uses an Agenda-style view for monthly planning. You can scroll through events or use the mini calendar at the top for navigation.

👀 Can I customize which calendars appear in each view?

Yes! You can choose which calendars are visible using the Visible Calendars list.

🔁 Can I stay in one preferred view?

Absolutely. The app remembers the last view you used and will open to that automatically next time.

🆚 What’s the difference between the calendar views?

  • Agenda/Monthly: Best for full-picture planning

  • 3-Day/Daily: Great for short-term focus

  • Weekly: Ideal for organizing the week across work, family, and personal tasks

⏰ Why don’t recurring personal tasks show up in all future days?

Recurring personal tasks only show one at a time. When you complete the current one, the next one appears.

If you want to see recurring items in advance, consider creating a repeating calendar event instead of a task.
