A due date is the specific day and time by which a task must be completed, serving as a general deadline. Unlike reminders, due dates do not have a notification associated with them. A board layout that visually organizes tasks into columns based on their status or category.
List
Lists are meant for grouping and managing personal-tasks. Lists help users stay organized by separating tasks into clear sections, which can be filtered, prioritized, and accessed in our various app views.

Member
A member is a user who is part of a shared space. A user automatically becomes a Space Member the moment they are added to the space and can become a Board Member by joining any of the space's boards.
Note: Space-members have to be added to/join a specific board in order to become board-members. Space members are not added automatically to boards upon joining the space.
Mentioning
Tagging a specific user in a shared task or comment to notify them or assign them responsibility (under the Family or Teams plan only).
Moment
A feature that helps users easily prioritize tasks by reviewing upcoming action items.
My Day
A daily planning tool that highlights tasks scheduled for the current day.
My day suggestions
Smart task- recommendations for the current day, based on deadlines and priorities.
Next 7 days view
A preview of tasks and events scheduled for the upcoming week.

Personal list
A private space in Any.do where you can organize and manage your individual tasks, visible only to you.
Personal space
An area in the app dedicated to managing your own tasks and lists, separate from shared boards and accessible only to the owner of the account.

Personal task
A task that is only visible to you, within your personal space (nested under personal lists).

Viewer
A user with permission to view but not edit tasks or boards.
Widget
A compact view of your actions items in different layouts that can be placed on your device's home screen for quick access.
Workspace
A collaborative area in Any.do designed for teams to manage tasks and projects together.
