If you are looking to organize and customize your workflow, our diverse board display options are here to assist you! Effortlessly transition between Kanban, Table, and Calendar views on your task board, tailoring your workflow to your preferences.

The following user-types can take advantage of this feature:

- Family users - admins and members (with limitations - see below). 
- Teams users - admins and members.

The feature is available on web/desktop apps only.

Any workspace board can be displayed in three views - Kanban/ Table/ Calendar.

Kanban is a classic "To-Do" -&gt; "Done" view, aimed at helping you track progress in real-time. This would be the default display for all boards.

The Table view is a comprehensive view of all your tasks, <a href="https://support.any.do/board-tags/">tags</a>, <a href="https://support.any.do/assignment-mentioning/">assignees</a>, and <a href="https://support.any.do/due-dates/">due dates</a>.

The Calendar view helps you seamlessly track tasks, events, and due dates in a single glance, all within a simple and user-friendly calendar layout.

In the Calendar view you can choose to see or hide the weekend days from the setting.

For a more condensed task view without excessive scrolling, use the Compact View.

Note: The Family plan only offers the Kanban view for the Family boards.

1. Open a specific board from the left menu.
2. Click on the default Kanban icon.
3. Click on the Table icon.

1. Open the board calendar view.
2. Click on the horizontal 3-dot menu.
3. Toggle weekend Show or Hide.

1. Open a specific board from the left menu.
2. Click on the icon next to the assignees - Table OR Calendar
3. Click on the Kanban icon.

🤏 Change the board's display from Default to Compact

By default the layout of the tasks is set to show you full task titles with bigger space between tasks. The Compact View allows you to see more tasks at once, reducing the need for excessive scrolling or simply for people who are looking to view more items in their boards. 

1. Open a specific board from the left menu.
2. Open the 3 horizontal dots menu.
3. Change the layout from 'Default' to 'Compact'.
