⚙️ Managing Your Custom Views

Editing your custom views can be done via the Web/Desktop apps:

✏️ Rename a View

  • Open the view and click the name at the top

🛠️ Edit a View

  • Open the view

  • Click the 3-dot menu → Edit

❌ Delete a View

  • Open the view

  • Click the 3-dot menu → Delete

💡 Deleting a view does not delete your tasks—only the filtered display.

🚫 Limitations and Best Practices

  • Custom views are private to each user

  • You cannot drag-and-drop tasks in custom views

  • Custom views cannot be edited after creation (only renamed or deleted)

  • If you lose permissions to a board, those tasks will disappear from your custom-view

To filter visible items inside your custom-view:

  • Click on a member’s icon to filter by assignee

  • Click Reset Filter to clear your filter

❓ FAQs
