Importing your data to Any.do is a breeze, allowing you to bring tasks, notes, and other information into the app from various channels. Whether you're moving items to your personal lists or integrating data into Family or Workspace boards, Any.do offers flexible options to make the process smooth and efficient:

  • For Personal Lists - imports are available to all users (Free, Premium, Family, Workspace) through our "Copy-Paste" feature, allowing you to quickly add single items or bulk tasks by simply pasting them to a designated list.

  • For Boards - imports are Available only to Family and Workspace users. This option includes the same copy-paste functionality as well as advanced imports from services like Trello, Asana, ClickUp, Monday, and Todoist. These imported items will be created as separate boards in your Family/Workspace.

Importing from external services is a one-time protocol that imports all current items only. These items will not sync back to previous services.

The personal lists are available to all users within their personal space. If you're switchin to Any.do from a different service or simply wish to add items from different sources (such as docs or digital notes), you can easily import your items via our copy-paste feature that's available in your account's settings and within the lists themselves (in web/desktop).

  1. Copy a list of tasks to your clipboard

  2. Enter a list's task view.

  3. Press the three dots icon on the top right of the screen.

  4. Tap on "Import"

  5. Press "Paste from clipboard" and check/uncheck the items you want to import.

  2. Click on the 'Import to Any.do' button.

  3. Go to any external list of tasks you would like to import, mark all of them and copy (command + c / control + c / right-click on your mouse and choose the copy option).

  4. Go back to the Any.do web page and paste the items (command + v / control + v / right-click on your mouse and choose the past option).

  5. If you would like to remove any of the tasks you are going to import, click on the plus sign next to that item.

  6. Click on 'Add Tasks' to complete the import.
