  • The chat-support is backed by AI and allows opening support documentation for quick troubleshooting and general info.

  • If further assistance is required - our agents will be more than happy to help!

  • Our response time:

    • For Premium/ Family / Team members - the usual reply time is within 1 business day.

    • For Free users, the usual reply time is within 2-3 business days.

❓ No access to chat-support

The Chat-Support feature is being gradually rolled out and is currently available for account-holders only. if you do not have access to it please use the chat option on the right side of the Help Center or website instead (reply time will be 1-2 business days for priority queries and 3-4 business days for standard queries).
