Spaces in Any.do are designed to enhance your productivity by offering a flexible way to manage tasks and collaborate with others. Every user starts with a Personal Space, a private area where you can organize your personal lists and personal tasks (todos) just the way you like.
If you're looking to collaborate or manage more complex projects, upgrading to our Teams or Family plans allows you to add more Spaces to your account. Family users will automatically have a Family Space created upon upgrading or starting a trial, perfect for sharing tasks with loved ones. Teams members will have a Workspace added to their account for seamless collaboration with their colleagues/clients or just themselves (for freelancers/project managers etc).
In each Space, you can invite others to join and work together on various boards. The creator of the Space becomes the admin by default, with the ability to add members, manage permission levels, and assign admin rights to others from the Space management screen.

Creating a new Teams Space, also known as a Workspace, is straightforward—simply upgrade your Any.do account to the Teams plan or start a free trial. If you prefer not to manage multiple teams separately, we recommend simply opting for separate boards within your main space. You can adjust permission levels for any users you're sharing these boards with, giving you flexibility without additional charges for another workspace.
