Switching to Any.do or adding data from external sources is quick and easy. Depending on your account-type (Free/Premium or Workspace/Family), there are various import options available for your personal lists and Family/Workspace boards. Whether you're using the copy-paste feature or importing items from third party services (such as Trello/Asana/Clickup/Monday/Todoist), the process is designed to ensure you donโ€™t lose any valuable information while moving over to a more streamlined platform.

For added convenience, Any.do offers an email import feature that allows you to send tasks directly to your Family/Workspace boards and personal lists via the email address associated with your Any.do account (as displayed under Settings - Profile). You can use this feature to add tasks on the go, without needing to open the app as detailed right here.
