Emailing tasks to Any.do

Forward emails as tasks straight to your personal lists and Workspace boards

Updated this week

Any.do has created a simple way for you to email tasks straight from your inbox to your to-do lists and Workspace boards, eliminating the need to copy-paste or manually add items through the app. You can email tasks to your personal lists (available to all users) or to your Workspace boards (for Teams users):

  • When emailing personal tasks, the subject of the email will become the task's title and the content of the email will be added in the notes section of the task. These tasks will be added under your default list.

  • When emailing board-tasks, you can choose to which section of your board the task will be added, with the subject of the email becoming the task's title and the content added in the notes section of the task. Any attachments in your email will also be added as attachments in your board-tasks and a screen-grab of the email with all available data will also be added as an attachment.

Note: Emailing tasks can only be done from the email-address associated with your Any.do account (as seen under Settings - Profile in the app).
