Instead of starting from a blank page, you can use Suggest to:
quickly fill a personal list with relevant tasks
break a big task into smaller subtasks
add a task checklist faster
(Workspace only) create a new board from a short description
Any.do AI never replaces your planning. It simply gives you a helpful starting point that you can edit before saving.

Use this when you want a quick starting set of tasks (for example: “packing list”, “weekly chores”, “new job onboarding”).

🧠 Create a board with AI (Workspace only)
If you’re on Workspace, you can create a new board by describing what you’re working on.
💻 Web and Desktop
Under your Workspace, click + Add new board (or the + next to the Workspace name)
Select Create a board
Write a short description of your project
Choose how to organize it (by deadline, status, importance, or custom)
Click Continue
📋 AI suggestions inside board-tasks (checklists)
You can use Any.do AI inside a board task to build a checklist faster (for example: “Client onboarding”, “Event planning”, “Launch checklist”).

⚙️ Turn Any.do AI on or off for your space (Family Space/Workspace)
Workspace admins can enable or disable Any.do AI for the whole Space straight from the Space Management screen within the web/desktop apps, under Settings => Space Management
⚠️ Good to know
Any.do AI suggestions are meant to be edited. You’re always in control of what gets added.
If you don’t see Suggest, it usually means the feature isn’t available in that plan, view, or platform.
If you are a Family/Workspace member and cannot utilize the AI features, it might be that your admin has not enabled it for your space.

It can depend on your plan, your platform, and where you are in the app (personal list vs board). If you’re on Workspace, ask your admin to check if Any.do AI is enabled for the Space.
