🛠️ How does it work?
Our AI features extend to both your personal space (Premium users), Family space and your workspace (Teams users).
In your space, it learns from context as well as your preferences and patterns, creating a virtual blueprint of your productivity style and then recommends boards and checklists tailored exclusively to you and your work goals!
In your Personal lists, the AI will analyze your complex tasks and suggest breaking them into smaller action items as manageable subtasks. I will also offer relevant tasks for any of you personal lists.
All you need to do is write down your prompt (see below) and Any.do AI will take care of the rest.

Click on "Suggest"

👥 Any.do AI for Boards and Tasks
💫 To activate Any.do AI
Admins will have direct access to the AI features, which they can also choose to activate for the rest of their team members from under the Space Management screen.
📋 To create boards with AI
💻 Web/ Desktop
From the left side under the workspace press + “Add new board” or the gray + next to the workspace name.
Select “Create a board”.
Write down a short description of your project.
Choose how to organize your board - by deadline/ by status/ by importance/ custom.
Press "Continue".
Note: To create boards with AI you will need to have a Workspace (Team) plan. This feature is not available for Family users.
✅ To create a checklist with AI
💻 Web/ Desktop
Open the Task
Click on "Suggest" next to the "Checklist"
Add the suggested subtasks by clicking on them.
Note: If the suggestions are not what you were looking for, press the “Try again” option to load different suggestions.
