Stay productive on the go with Any.do's smart watch integration, available for Apple Watch and Android Wear. Receive reminders, view tasks, and manage items directly from your wrist, making task management convenient wherever you are.

After downloading the main app on your mobile device, set up Any.do for your smartwatch with just a few simple steps to start syncing reminders instantly. Use voice commands to add new tasks, which will sync seamlessly across all platforms, enhancing your productivity on the go. On Apple Watch, you can also view your lists directly from the Watch app (not currently available on Android Wear).

Note: This integration currently works with personal lists only. Board-tasks (for your Family space or Workspace) cannot be added or viewed through the smart watch integration at this time.

The Any.do integration for Apple Watch is available to all compatible iOS devices which have the main Any.do app installed. Once you've activated the watch-app you may easily view and add reminders, receive notifications, snooze and complete items straight from your watch.

πŸš€ How to enable/disable the Watch App

As soon as you download the latest version of Any.do from the app store, you should be able to see the Any.do logo appear on your watch so all you need to do is log in to your account to start using Any.do on your watch. You may also activate this integration directly from your Apple Watch app and can easily disable it at any point in time from the same screen:

  1. Open up your Apple Watch app on your iOS device

  2. Scroll to "available apps"

  3. Tap on "Install" next to the Any.do icon.

  3. Swipe left or tap the "Edit" button.

To view your todo lists on your Apple Watch, simply select 'Any.do' from your apps-menu. Here, you will be able to see all of your lists, and you can tap to open each one to see its tasks. To view a specific task, just tap it.

In order to add new items from the list view, just press the blue + icon next to any time category. Otherwise, long pressing on any screen will allow you to add a task. If you have no active tasks, then the app's main screen will also have an option to add a new task. You can choose to add tasks by voice, by swiping or by using the keyboard.

The Any.do integration for Wear OS is available to all compatible Android devices which have the main Any.do app installed. Once you've activated the app for your watch, you may easily receive notifications, add, snooze and complete items straight from your watch.

As soon as you download the latest version of Any.do from the Play Store, you should be able to see the Any.do logo appear on your watch. When you turn on App sync, apps that you install on your phone or tablet can be automatically installed on other devices that are signed in with your Google Account. Just log in to your account from the main app on your Android device to start using Any.do.

If you no longer wish to use the Any.do app on your watch, you may simply disable it:

  1. Press the "Power" button to go to your list of apps.

  2. Scroll and tap Play Store.

  3. Swipe down from the top of the screen.

  4. Tap My Apps

  5. Tap the app you want to remove.

  6. Scroll to the bottom and tap Uninstall.

⌚ Which smartwatches are compatible with Any.do?

Any.do is compatible with Apple Watch and Wear OS smartwatches. At this time, Any.do is not compatible with Samsung Watches.

Currently, you can manage personal lists on your smartwatch, but board tasks are not yet supported.

On the Apple Watch you may also view all your personal lists. This option is not currently available on Android Wear.

It seems like there might be an issue syncing your app's data to your Apple Watch. Please remove both the Watch app and the main app from your iPhone and then check that you have the latest OS and WatchOS installed on your devices.

Try reinstalling the main app and re-adding the Watch app. If there is still an issue, just contact a support agent for assistance.

😨 My Android watch is not showing any tasks

Please note that the Android Wear app does not have an option to display your full lists and tasks. You can see reminders as your tasks are coming, snooze and complete items and add new ones from your watch.

If the reminders are not coming to your Wear OS device, uninstall the watch app and the main app from your Android device and make sure that you have the lates OS installed on your device. If there's still any issue, just contact a support agent for assistance.

At this time the watch app is not supported on Samsung Watch devices.
