Adding Members to Boards

Share your boards and start collaborating on different projects!

Updated over 6 months ago

Looking to collaborate on any of your projects? If you're a board admin, you can easily open the board to other members in order to share tasks, assign items and make joint progress. Admins can even set user-permissions per each board member to determine their access level. Want to share your board with non-Any.do users? Easy, just share a public link for a view-only display.

Availability:

The following user-types can take advantage of this feature:

  • Family users - admins and members (with certain restrictions, see below).

  • Teams users - admins and members (with certain restrictions, see below).

The feature is available on both our mobile and web/desktop apps (functionality-based, see below).

🛠️ How does it work?

  • Board admins can invite users to collaborate directly

  • External users can access public boards via a public link

  • Board admins can change the permission-levels of collaborators as required

Note: While only board admins can invite members to a board, if the user is not part of the space, the space admin will first need to add them to the team.
