Browsing the Boards Directory

Easily find and join boards of interest!

Updated this week

Looking for a specific board? Want to view what other members are working on? Through the Boards Directory, you may find all (non-private) boards associated with your team's workspace and join any of those which are relevant to your work. It's a quick and easy way for new workspace members to find relevant boards and help current members stay on top of newly created boards.

Availability:

  • Teams users - admins and members.

  • Supported on all platforms


🛠️ How does it work?

Workspace members and admins can -

  • Join relevant boards from their workspace directory.

  • Leave relevant boards from their workspace directory.

  • Create boards from their workspace directory.

Workspace members and admins cannot view private boards in the directory (unless they were invited)


🗄️ How to access the boards directory

💻 Web

  1. From the left side under the workspace press + “Add new board” or the gray + next to the workspace name.

  2. Select “Browse boards”.

📱 iOS/ Android

  1. From the home menu press the gray + under to the workspace name.

  2. Select “Browse boards”.


👥 How to join a board from your boards directory

💻 Web

  1. From the left side under the workspace press + “Add new board” or the gray + next to the workspace name.

  2. Select “Browse boards”.

  3. Select a board you want to join.

  4. Press the blue "Join" next to the board title.

📱 iOS/ Android

  1. From the home menu press the gray + under to the workspace name.

  2. Select “Browse boards”.

  3. Press the blue "Join" next to the board title.


🚪 How to leave a board from your boards directory

💻 Web

  1. From the left side under the workspace press + “Add new board” or the gray + next to the workspace name.

  2. Select “Browse boards”.

  3. Select a board you want to leave.

  4. Press the blue "Leave" next to the board title.

📱 iOS/ Android

  1. From the home menu press the gray + under to the workspace name.

  2. Select “Browse boards”.

  3. Press the blue "Leave"" next to the board title.
