Easily view the most essential items for your work.

If you are looking to organize and prioritize your work, the filtering options will help you narrow down your focus and get a better overview of your tasks. From here you can also see what others are working on and zoom-in on specific items.

Availability:

The following user-types can take advantage of this feature:

  • Family users - admins and members.

  • Teams users - admins and members.

The feature is available on both our mobile and web/desktop apps (functionality-based, see below).

πŸ› οΈ How does it work?

  • A board can be filtered by:

    • Assignee

    • Sections

    • Due date

    • Status

    • Tags

    • Messages (unread messages & mentions)

  • Users can work straight from the filtered views for optimal focus.

  • Filters can be combined with each other.


πŸ‘₯ To filter your board by assignee

πŸ’» To filter your board by assignee on Web/ Desktop

  1. Open a specific board from the left menu.

  2. Click on the assignee picture\icon to the right of the board title.

OR

  1. Click on the filter icon next to the board title.

  2. Click on the assignees icon.

  3. Select the relevant members of the board - as many, as you wish.

To reset the filter, click the 'reset filters' button from the top navigation bar.

πŸ“± To filter your board by assignee on Android/ iOS

  1. Open a specific board from the home menu.

  2. Click on the assignee picture\icon under the board title.

Or on iOS only:

  1. Press the 3 dots menu on the right.

  2. Press "Filter".

  3. Press the gray arrow next to "assignee"

To reset the filter, unselect the assignee OR select all others assignees.

  1. Open a specific board from the left menu.

  2. Click on the filter icon next to the board title.

  3. Click on the status icon.

  4. Select the complete or incomplete.

To reset the filter, click the 'reset filters' button from the top navigation bar.

Note: At this time you can filter by status on desktop, web and iOS only

  1. Press the 3 dots menu on the right.

  2. Press "Filter".

  3. Press the gray arrow next to "Status"

  4. Filter by "Completed" or "Not Completed".

  1. Open a specific board from the left menu.

  2. Click on the filter icon next to the board title.

  3. Click on the sections icon.

  4. Select the relevant sections - as many, as you wish.

To filter your board by section Web/ Desktop

To reset the filter, click the 'reset filters' button from the top navigation bar.

Note: At this time you can filter by section on desktop, web and iOS only

  2. Press "Filter".

  3. Press the gray arrow next to "section"

  1. Open a specific board from the left menu.

  2. Click on the filter icon next to the board title.

  3. Click on the due date icon.

  4. Choose one of the default options - Overdue/Today/This week/Next week/This month/Next month
    OR set a custom time period.

To reset the filter, click the 'reset filters' button from the top navigation bar.

To filter your board by due date on Web/ Desktop

Note: AAt this time you can filter by due date on desktop, web and iOS only

  2. Press "Filter".

  3. Press the gray arrow next to "Due Date"

  1. Open a specific board from the left menu.

  2. Click on the filter icon next to the board title.

  3. Click on the due date icon.

  4. Choose 'No Date' from the default options.

To reset the filter, click the 'reset filters' button from the top navigation bar.

Note: At this time you can filter by tasks without a due date on web, desktop and iOS only.

  2. Press "Filter".

  3. Press the gray arrow next to "Due Date"

  4. Select "No Date".

  1. Open a specific board from the left menu.

  2. Click on the filter icon next to the board title.

  3. Click on the tags icon.

  4. Select the relevant tags - as many, as you wish.

To reset the filter, click the 'reset filters' button from the top navigation bar.

  1. Open a specific board from the home menu.

  2. Click on the 3 dots menu icon in the top right corner.

  3. Tap on "Filter".

  4. Choose the desired Tags and tap apply.

Or

  1. Press the 3 dots menu on the right.

  2. Press "Filter".

  3. Press the gray arrow next to "Tags"

  4. Choose the desired Tags and tap apply.

To reset the filter, unselect the tags.

  1. Open a specific board from the left menu.

  2. Click on the filter icon next to the board title.

  3. Click on the message icon.

  4. Select one or both options - Unread/Mentions.

To reset the filter, click the 'reset filters' button from the top navigation bar.

Note: At this time you can filter by messages on web, desktop and iOS only.

  2. Press "Filter".

  3. Press the gray arrow next to "Messages"

  4. Choose "Unread" / "Mentions".

  1. Open a specific board from the left menu.

  2. Click on the unassigned icon

To reset the filter, click the 'reset filters' button from the top navigation bar.

OR

  1. Click on the filter icon next to the board title.

  2. Click on the assignees icon.

  3. Click on the Unassigned icon.

To reset the filter click the icon again.

Note: At this time you can filter by unassigned on web and desktop only.

  2. Press "Filter".

  3. Press the gray arrow next to "Assignees"
