Custom Views help you pull tasks from multiple boards into one simple place. Some Custom Views can also be created as Reports, which summarize activity over a selected timeframe (like completed work and time tracking), without changing the original board.

Custom Views are private dashboards you create for yourself. They pull tasks from multiple boards into one place based on filters you choose, like boards, sections, assignees, or due dates.
Where to find Custom Views
Web/Desktop: In the side panel under Custom Views
Mobile (Android/iOS): In the bottom bar on the Home screen

Creating a Custom View takes a minute, and you can create different views for different workflows.
In the Web/Desktop app, go to Home.
Open All My Tasks.
Click + Create a view.
Choose the view type (see below).
Select what to include (boards, and sometimes sections).
Click Create.
Custom View types you can choose from:

The Completed Tasks Report helps you review output across one or more boards without digging into each board separately. Use this report when you want a clear summary of what was completed, and by whom, over a timeframe.
Click + Create a view.
Select Completed Tasks.
Choose the boards (and sections, if prompted).
Select a timeframe.
Click Create.
How to review the report
Switch between People and Date tabs to review completions by teammate or by day.
Switch between the default layout and a more compact layout from the three-dot menu.
Click a task to preview details. Tasks appear in read-only mode in the report, but you can open the original task to make changes.
Use filters to narrow results (for example by person, tag, board, or section).

The Time Tracking Report helps you understand where time is being spent, across tasks and across people. Use this report when you want to review time logs across boards for a specific timeframe.

These tips help prevent confusion and keep your dashboards accurate.
Custom Views are private to the person who created them.
Drag and drop is not supported inside Custom Views. If you need to move or reorder tasks, open the original board.
Permissions matter: If you lose access to a board, its tasks will disappear from your Custom View.
Editing varies by view type:
Reports (like Completed Tasks and Time Tracking) can usually be edited from the three-dot menu.
Some other view types may require recreating the view to change its boards or structure.
