Logging in and out of your Any.do account is straightforward, ensuring quick and secure access to your tasks and events. After initially creating your account, you can easily log-in to your account through any of our supported platforms.

Be advised that if you created your account with Google/Facebook/Apple you will need to use the same log-in option every time you wish to access your account. Users who created their account through a 3rd party connection will not be able to use the email and password log-in. When initially logging in, you will also need a 2FA code sent to your email address as described below.

πŸ›‘οΈ Getting your 2FA code

Your Any.do account is kept secured by 2FA (two-factor authentication). This means that every time you start a new session and log into the app on any of your devices, a security code will be sent to the email address associated with your account (verified after the initial registration).

If you did not receive this code, search your inbox/spam for an email from "[email protected]" or for the subject line: "Your Any.do Verification Code". If there's still any issue, make sure to submit a request to our Support Team for assistance right here.

If you ever forget your password or need to reset it, you can easily do so straight from the app:

Logging out of your Any.do account means that all notifications will pause on that specific device and that any widgets (on mobile) will not be synced until the account is logged back in. Accordingly, we recommend doing this only if you're certain you're not in need of quickly accessing your data. Once you're ready log out, you can easily do so through your app's profile screen:

  2. Tap on the 3 dots menu on the top right side.

  3. Tap on Settings.

  4. Tap "Profile" under Account.

  5. Tap on "Sign-out".

If you have more than one Any.do account, you can easily switch between profiles by simply following the steps above to log out of your account and then log back in with your second profile.

  2. Tap "Profile" under Account.

  3. Select 'log-out'.

  4. Log-in to the other account.

πŸ€” I cant recall with what email I created my account

If you're still logged into the app on any of the supported platforms, just go to Settings - Profile to view your registered email address. If you still can't remember, please contact our Support Team through the widget on this site or from your Any.do app (under Settings - Support). Make sure to mention in your query any email address you own so that our Support Team can check if an account was linked to those addresses.

πŸ”€ Can I switch my log-in method?

If you created your account using a 3rd party service such as Google/Facebook/Apple, you can always change to an email and password log-in by creating a password for your account, using the recovery instructions here. Once you have a password, just change the account's email to any other address you own per the details here.

If you wish to change from one 3rd party log-in method to another, you will need to create a new account with the desired service and then contact contact our Support Team to have the accounts merged, through the widget on this site or from your Any.do app (under Settings - Support). If the second 3rd party service uses the same email address though, you should be able to log in without an issue.
