Your Any.do account's data is kept securely on our hosted servers and can not be accessed by unauthorized parties. Our host – Amazon Web Services – is one of the world’s largest hosting services, trusted by numerous corporations.

❌ Account deletion

If there's any issue with your account that's preventing you from enjoying the app in full, please reach out to our Support Team through the widget on this site or from your Any.do app (under Settings - Support).

If you still wish to delete your profile, please first make sure that you do not have an active subscription plan and cancel it in full prior to deleting the account in order to avoid further charges. Be advised that simply deleting your profile will not cancel any subscription plans or issue a refund, and future payments may still occur. For details regarding cancellations and refunds, see here.

Then, follow the instructions below to delete your profile:

  1. Open a list\board view.

  2. Tap on the 3 dots menu on the top right side.

  3. Tap on Settings.

  4. Tap "Profile" under Account.

  5. Select "Delete Account."

  1. Open the settings menu from the top left settings icon/ profile image next to your profile name.

  2. Tap "Profile" under Account.

  3. Select "Delete Account."

Note: account deletion is irreversible.

If you're looking to get your data per GDPR guidelines, please contact our Support Team directly from your Any.do account. through the widget on this site or from your Any.do app (under Settings - Support). Our team will process your request within 4-5 business days.

πŸ—‘οΈ Data deletion (GDPR)

To have your data removed from our servers, please contact us at [email protected] directly from your Any.do email address. Be advised that deletion is irreversible and there will be no option to retrieve this data once removed.

Note that we can only process requests submitted by the owner of the account, for privacy and security concerns. Once a request is processed, the user will receive a confirmation email with a link to log into their account and confirm the deletion request. After doing so, all data will be removed.

Note: For privacy and security concerns, users are required to log into their account in order to apply this action.
