Get started by creating an account completely for FREE via the app's log-in screen on any of the supported platforms.

  • Any.do requires users to set up an account, in order to save tasks 24/7 and sync across multiple platforms, making your data accessible to you from anywhere you sign in.

  • Your data is kept securely on our hosted servers and can not be accessed by unauthorized parties.

  • Our host - Amazon Web Services - is one of the world's largest hosting services, trusted by numerous corporations. All transportation from the client to the server is encrypted. More information about privacy and GDPR compliance, can be found in the instructions below.

πŸ› οΈ How does it work?

  • Depending on the platform, users can create and log-in to their accounts via FB/ Google/ standard email and password and even via their Apple ID.

  • Your Any.do Profile includes your name, email, Any.do subscription plan and an optional profile photo.

  • You can change your profile information and preferences at any time.

  • You are also able to reset your password and sign out from your profile page.

Users are welcome to create an account using various options for maximum convenience and security.

Keep in mind that the method you use to create your account will also be used to log-into it (though you can always switch to the standard email option by simply resetting your password).

🌐 To create an account using Google

  1. From the login page, select "Continue with Google".

  2. You'll be directed to a screen where you can sign in or create your account.

  3. Tap on Sign In, and you're good to go!

  1. From the login page, select the Facebook icon.

  2. You'll be directed to a screen where you can log in or create your account.

  3. Tap on Log In, and you're good to go!

🍏 To create an account using Apple ID

  1. From the login page, select "Sign in with Apple".

  2. You'll be directed to a screen where you can log in or create your account.

  3. Tap on Log In, and you're good to go!

This option is not available on Android or Windows, so we recommend choosing a different option if you wish to sync your account across those platforms as well.

🍏 To create an account using a hidden Apple ID

When using a hidden ID, Apple will generate a random email address for your account, which you can view under your Profile settings. The hidden ID must be used every time you wish to log-in and using the email associated with your actual Apple account will not enable you to.

If you’re experiencing issues registering or logging into Any.do with your Apple ID, the best way to fix the issue is to reset the ID’s permissions and try accessing the app once again via the Apple log-in. You may find step-by-step instructions on how to disconnect Any.do from your Apple ID below. If the problem persists after this, please contact our team here and they will gladly assist you.

Open Apple ID setting:

iPhone or iPad: Open the Settings app, then tap [your name]. Tap Password & Security. Tap Apps Using Your Apple ID.

Mac: Choose Apple menu, then click System Preferences. Click Apple ID, then choose Password & Security -> Click Edit.

Web: Sign in to your Apple ID account page, here. Go to the Security section, then go to Apps & Websites using Apple ID-> Select Manage.

  1. In your Apple ID account settings, you see a list of apps that you use with Sign in with Apple. Please select Any.do.

  2. Select Stop Using Apple ID, then choose Stop Using.

When you stop using your Apple ID with an app, you’re signed out of the app on your device. Now, you can simply reopen Any.do and log back in with your Apple ID.

  1. From the login page, select the Email icon.

  2. Type in your email, then tap on "Done" on your keyboard.

  3. Type in you name, and choose a password.

  4. Tap on "Create Account", and you're good to go!

Note: Your Any.do account's profile can only be associated with a single email address.

After creating your account, you can easily log-in and log-out through any of our supported platforms.

  1. Open up Any.do on your device.

  2. Choose the same option as you have created the account with (see above).

  3. Follow the steps to log-in.

  2. Tap on the 3 dots menu on the top right side.

  3. Tap on Settings.

  4. Tap "Profile" under Account.

  5. Tap on "Sign-out".

  1. Open the settings menu from the top left settings icon/ profile image next to your profile name.

  2. Tap "Profile" under Account.

  3. Select 'log-out'.


πŸ”€ To switch profiles

If you have more than one Any.do account, you can easily switch between profiles by simply following the steps above to log out of your account and then log back in with your second profile.

Note: Your Any.do account's profile can only be associated with a signle email address.


🧰 Profile management

Within your Any.do account's profile, users can easily change their details, set up their avatar and change their password if needed. For step by step details, see:

  1. Tap the Home button on the left lower corner of your screen.

  2. Open any list\board\calendar view.

  3. Tap the 3 dots menu on the top right corner and choose 'Settings'.

  4. Tap 'Profile' under Account.

  5. Update your email by tapping the pencil icon to the right.

  6. Tap 'Done' on your keyboard.

πŸ’‘ At this time, there is no option to change your email on Web or desktop.

Seeing "Oops, something went wrong"? You might be using an incorrect password or trying to change to an email that already has an account associated with it:

  • If you are not sure if you have another Any.do account associated with the email address to which you are trying to associate your account, try signing into the app using that email.

    • If you are unsuccessful, contact our support team.

    • If you are able to log into this account, you can delete it by going to Menu β†’ Settings β†’ Profile β†’ Delete account.

    • You can then log into your other Any.do account and change the associated email to this email address.

Be advised that if you used an external ID to create your account (such as Google, Facebook or Apple), you will need to create an Any.do password first in order to make these changes. You can do this by simply using the 'forgot password' link with your external ID's email address via the standard email log-in option.

  4. Tap "Profile" under Account.

  5. Update your name by tapping the pencil icon to the right.

  1. Tap on your name from the top left side.

  2. Edit it.

  3. And save.

🎭 To change your account's avatar

  3. Tap on Settings.

  4. Tap "Profile" under Account.

  5. Tap on the "Add photo" or the old image to change the avatar.

  1. Open the settings menu from the top left settings icon/ profile image next to your profile name.

  2. Tap on the + on the top or the old image to add a new one.

  4. Tap "Profile" under Account.

  5. Change your password by pressing "Reset Password". A reset email will be sent to your account's email address.

❌ To delete your Profile

If there's any issue with your account that's preventing you from enjoying the app in full, please reach out to our Support Team and they will be more than happy to assist you!

If you still wish to delete your profile, please first make sure that you do not have an active subscription plan and cancel it in full prior to deleting the account in order to avoid further charges. Then, follow the instructions below to delete your profile:

  4. Tap "Profile" under Account.

  5. Select "Delete Account."

  3. Select "Delete Account."

Note: Simply deleting your profile will not cancel any subscription plans or issue a refund, and future payments may still occur. For details regarding cancellations and refunds, see here.
