Welcome to Any.do. In this article, you’ll learn how to create an Any.do account using email or a sign-in provider like Google, Facebook, or Apple. Creating an account keeps your tasks and reminders synced between your phone and computer. It also helps protect your information by keeping a secure backup connected to your login. If you ever switch devices or reinstall the app, you can sign back in and pick up where you left off.

👤 What an Any.do account is
An Any.do account is your personal login that keeps your information synced and backed up. Your account is connected to one email address (not to a phone number and not to a single device).
You can create an Any.do account using:
Email and password
Google
Facebook
Apple ID (available on iOS, Mac, and Web)
Important: The sign-in method you choose during signup is the one you’ll use to log in later (for example, Continue with Google).

A few quick tips to avoid login or recovery issues later.
Use an email address you can access. It helps with verification and account recovery.
If you use Apple “Hide My Email,” Any.do will be linked to the private relay email Apple generates.
You can use the same account for your Personal space, and later join or create Family or Workspace.
✉️ Create an account with email and password
Our basic account-creation is quick and easy and requires only an email address and password:

Open Any.do and go to the sign up or login screen.
Select Email.
Enter your email address.
Enter your name and choose a password.
Tap Create Account.

Open Any.do and go to the sign up or login screen.
Select Email.

Click Create Account.
🔐 Password note: Your password must be at least 6 characters. Special characters are allowed.
🌐 Create an account with Google
If you're looking to add another layer of security, then you're welcome to connect your Any.do app with your Google account.
📱 Create with Google on iOS or Android
On the sign up or login screen, select Continue with Google.
Choose the Google account you want to use.
Complete the Google sign-in flow.
💻 Create with Google on Web or Desktop
Select Continue with Google.
Choose your Google account.
Complete the Google sign-in flow.
Note: If you sign up with Google, you will continue to log in using Continue with Google.
👥 Create an account with Facebook
Choose this option if you prefer signing in with your Facebook account.

On the sign up or login screen, select Continue with Facebook.
Log in to Facebook (or approve the connection).
Complete the sign-in flow.

Select Continue with Facebook.

Note: If you sign up with Facebook, you will continue to log in using Continue with Facebook.
🍏 Create an account with Apple
Choose this option if you prefer signing in with your Apple ID. Apple sign-in is available on iOS, Mac, and Web.
When you sign up with Apple, you can choose:
Share My Email: your Apple ID email is used
Hide My Email: Apple generates a private relay email for your Any.do account
📱 Create with Apple ID on iOS
On the sign up or login screen, select Sign in with Apple.
Approve the sign-in and complete the Apple flow.
💻 Create with Apple ID on Web or Mac
Select Sign in with Apple.
Approve the sign-in and complete the Apple flow.
Note: If you sign up with Apple, you will continue to log in using Sign in with Apple.
🔐 Verify your email address
Verification helps confirm you can access the email connected to your account. After creating your Any.do account, you may be asked to verify your email address.
📩 If you did not receive the verification email
Check Spam, Promotions, and Trash.
Search your inbox for “Any.do” or “verify”.
If you find it in Spam, mark it as Not spam so future emails arrive normally.
