Your Any.do profile is the place where your account identity lives. It controls the email address you use to sign in, the name and avatar other people see on shared boards, and a few security-related settings. If you ever switch devices or reinstall the app, your profile helps you return to the same account and keep everything synced. And if something looks “missing,” checking your profile is usually the fastest way to confirm you’re in the right account and space.
In this article, you’ll learn what your profile includes and how to edit it on mobile and desktop.
✅ Availability
Your profile settings are available on all plans and platforms.
Plans: Free, Premium, Family, Workspace
Platforms: Web, Desktop (Mac/Windows), iOS, Android
If you still need to install Any.do, see Platforms and Devices.
🧭 What your Any.do profile includes
Your Any.do profile typically includes:
Email address (your account identifier)
Name and initials (used across the app and on shared items)
Avatar (profile picture) (helps teammates and family members identify you)
Password and sign-in method (Email, Google, Facebook, Apple)
Important notes:
Your Any.do account is linked to one email address.
Your account is not linked to a phone number or a specific device.
If you joined or created a Family or Workspace space, your profile stays the same, but you may have more than one space inside the same account.

If you signed up with Google, Facebook, or Apple and never created an Any.do password, you may need to create one first using the password reset flow.
