Have an idea that would make Any.do better? UserVoice is where you can suggest features and vote on ideas from other users. Just describe what you are trying to do and why it matters to your workflow and our Product Team will gladly look into it.
Important:
Feature requests must be submitted in English.
Please submit one idea per request (separate ideas should be separate posts).
Bug reports should be sent to our Support Team instead. Bug reports submitted as ideas will be closed automatically.
Tip: If you are looking for help with a bug or an issue in your account, it is usually best to contact Support instead.
โ Who can use this?
All Any.do users can use UserVoice (Free, Premium, Family, and Workspace).
UserVoice is available in any browser (mobile or desktop).
๐งญ How UserVoice works
Our team reviews ideas before publishing: Requests are reviewed against our guidelines before they appear publicly.
Voting matters: The more votes an idea gets, the more visibility it receives.
Avoid duplicates: It is usually better to vote on an existing idea and add your use case in a comment.
Updates can take time: We receive many requests and do not respond to each one individually. Updates are usually shared when ideas reach significant interest (for example, a few hundred votes) and align with our product roadmap.
๐ค Create a UserVoice account or sign in
Open the Any.do UserVoice home page: https://anydo.uservoice.com/
Select Sign in (top-right).
Create an account or sign in with an existing UserVoice account.
Tip: Use an email address you can access, so you can receive updates on ideas you vote for. Be advised that your Any.do account credentials cannot be used to log-in to this platform as its a separate platform.
๐ณ Find and vote on existing ideas
Before posting a new idea, search first.
Use the search bar to look for keywords related to your idea.
Open the most relevant idea.
Select Vote.
Add a comment that explains your use case (this is important). A clear example helps our team understand the impact and review the request correctly.
Note: If an idea describes a feature that already exists in Any.do, it may be closed and you will receive details on where to find that feature.
๐ Submit a new idea
Please submit your idea in the correct forum:
Any.do Personal (Free and Premium): https://anydo.uservoice.com/forums/143587-any-do-personal
Any.do Family: https://anydo.uservoice.com/forums/959075-any-do-family
Any.do Workspace: https://anydo.uservoice.com/forums/946474-any-do-workspace
Note: If an idea is posted in the wrong forum, it may be moved or deleted (we usually do our best to move it to the correct place).
If you cannot find an existing idea that matches what you need:
Open the forum that matches your plan (links above).
Select Post a new idea.
Write a clear title (example: โAdd X to Calendar viewโ).
In the description, include:
What you are trying to do (your goal)
Why this matters to your workflow
A simple example of how you would use the feature
Any helpful context (who it is for, how often you would use it, what problem it solves)
Post the idea.
Important:
Submit one idea per post.
Feature requests must be written in English.
Bug reports submitted as ideas may be closed and you will be asked to contact Support.
Tip: The most helpful ideas focus on outcomes. For example, โI need to track client approvals in a boardโ is easier to review than a list of technical requirements.
๐ Receive updates on an idea
To get updates, vote on the idea.
Open the idea in UserVoice.
Select Vote.
Follow any prompts to confirm your vote.
UserVoice will notify you when there are updates (you can control this in your UserVoice settings).
โ๏ธ Manage your UserVoice settings
Sign in to UserVoice.
Open your account menu (top-right).
Go to Account settings.
From there you can update your:
Name and email
Notification preferences
Password
Data export and account deletion options
๐ก How to write a feature request that gets reviewed faster
The clearer your request is, the easier it is for our team to review and publish it.
When possible, include:
Your goal (what you want to accomplish)
A short use case (a real example from your day-to-day)
The plan you are using (Personal or Family)
The device you are using (Web/Desktop, iOS, Android)
Also keep in mind:
It can take time for ideas to be reviewed and published.
We receive many requests and cannot respond to each one individually.
Not all ideas will be implemented. We build according to our product roadmap, and ideas are more likely to move forward when they align with that roadmap and show strong user demand.
๐ FAQs
Can I use my Any.do login to sign in to UserVoice?
No. UserVoice is a separate platform. You will need to create a UserVoice account to post or vote.
Should I post a new idea or vote on an existing one?
If the idea already exists, it is usually best to vote on it and add a comment explaining your use case. This is important because our team reviews the details before publishing and prioritizing requests.
Will I get updates after I vote?
Yes. Voting subscribes you to updates for that idea. You can manage notifications in your UserVoice account settings.
What if my idea is merged or closed?
Ideas can be merged or closed to keep the forums organized.
Common reasons an idea may be closed:
The same request already exists (your idea may be merged into the main thread).
The request describes a feature that already exists in Any.do (you will receive details on where to find it).
The post is a bug report (you will be asked to contact Support).
The request was not submitted in English, or it includes multiple ideas in one post.
If an idea is merged, your feedback is not lost. It is typically moved to the most relevant idea thread, where votes and comments remain visible.
