Join Any.do Beta (Super Users Community)

Get early access to new features and fixes, and help shape the next release πŸš€

Updated this week

Want to try the newest Any.do updates before they roll out to everyone? The Super Users Community is our beta program for iOS and Android. Beta members get early access to upcoming fixes and new features, and their feedback is reviewed carefully by our Product and Engineering teams.

Beta versions in Any.do are very stable. We mainly use beta to release fixes earlier and confirm they solve important issues before they reach the public version.

βœ… Who can join?

Any.do users can join the beta program on mobile:

  • iOS (via TestFlight)

  • Android (via Google Play)

Note: Beta enrollment is available on mobile only. Web and Desktop updates are released automatically and do not require beta enrollment.

🧠 What to expect from the beta program

Before you join, it helps to know how beta testing works in Any.do.

  • Early fixes: You may receive bug fixes earlier than the public release.

  • New features first: Beta members often see new features before a wider rollout.

  • Serious feedback loop: Reports from beta members are taken seriously because they help us validate changes before they reach everyone.

  • You can leave anytime: You can switch back to the public version whenever you want.

Important: You do not need to join beta to receive bug fixes. Fixes validated in beta are typically released to all users within a few weeks.

πŸ™‹β€β™‚οΈ FAQs

🧯 Is the beta version stable?

Any.do beta builds are very stable. We use beta mainly to release fixes earlier and confirm they solve major issues before they reach the public version.

πŸ”™ Can I switch back to the regular version?

Yes. You can leave the beta program anytime and return to the public version using the steps above.

🩹 Do I need beta to receive bug fixes?

No. You are not required to join beta to receive bug fixes. Beta helps us validate fixes, and validated fixes are typically released to all users within a few weeks.

🧾 What details should I include in my beta feedback?

Please include your goal, what you expected, what happened, steps to reproduce, and screenshots or a short screen recording. The more details you share, the faster we can confirm and fix the issue.

πŸ’° Do you offer compensation or a bug bounty program?

No. Any.do does not currently offer compensation or a bug bounty program for beta testing. Beta access is optional and is meant for early access to fixes and new features.

πŸ”” Will I get personal updates on my suggestion or report?

We review all beta feedback, but we cannot always respond to each report individually. When a fix is confirmed, it is typically included in a future public release.

πŸ€” I'm not sure if I am using a beta version or a public version

On Android, simply open the Google Play app and search for the Any.do app. In the Any.do app page scroll down and see if you are registered as a beta tester. On iOS, unless you've installed the app via Apple's TestFlight, you're using the public build of the app. If you are a beta user and wish to resume using the public build, see instructions here to leave the beta group.

πŸ“© I am trying to register to beta testing on iOS but it says I need an invite

There's no need for an invite in order to join the iOS beta group. However, in case there is no public iOS beta version out for testing, you might not be able to access the super users community temporarily and be prompted to request an invite. We recommend checking back in a few days for an update. Once a new public beta version is available you will be able to join the beta group immediately.
