Any.do understands that your productivity needs are constantly changing. That’s why we allow you to easily switch from monthly payment to yearly, or cancel your Any.do subscription if necessary. If you cancel your subscription, you can still use your Any.do account as a free user (all of your data will remain active).

As to Refunds, according to our TOS monthly subscription purchases are eligible for a refund if requested up to 48 hours after the time of the purchase. Yearly subscription purchases are eligible for a refund if requested up to 14 days after the time of the purchase. If you would like to request a refund please open a bug through the app and our Support Team will get back to you shortly! If you were overcharged, please follow the steps below to get a refund.

Google Play: Premium Plans

To cancel your subscription:
1. Go to the Google Play Store app on your device
2. Go to the Any.do page
3. Cancel your subscription

You will still be able to enjoy Premium features until the original subscription expires, but you won’t be charged

To receive a refund:

Contact premium@any.do from your Any.do account’s email address with a copy of your Google Order receipt so our team can assist you.


iTunes: Premium Plans

To cancel your subscription:
1. Follow the instructions on the Apple Website here.

You will still be able to enjoy Premium features until the original subscription expires, but you won’t be charged

To receive a refund:

Contact premium@any.do from your Any.do account’s email address with a copy of your iTunes receipt so our team can assist you.


Stripe: Premium and Business Plans

Go to https://web.any.do/ [do not use desktop.any.do]

To Cancel your subscription:
1. Open the Settings menu on the left.
2. Go to Account Status (Profile)
3. Choose Manage Subscription → Leave Premium.
You will still be able to enjoy Premium features until the original s
ubscription expires, but you won’t be charged

To Cancel your Business subscription:
1. Go to Settings -> Team Management
2. At the bottom of the page you can click ‘Unsubscribe from Any.do for business’
3. You will still be able to enjoy Premium features until the original subscription expires, but you won’t be charged

Note that only the Team Admin can cancel the subscription or switch payment plans.

To switch payment plans:
1. Cancel your current subscription
2. Create a new Subscription
3. Please note that you will have Premium features until the end of the payment period. Once you are no longer seeing Premium features, you can purchase a new subscription.
