Changing Plans

Any.do understands that your productivity needs are constantly changing. That’s why we allow you to easily switch up your subscription plans when needed! To modify your subscription plan, please reach out to our team via the Contact Form with your Any.do account’s email address (for identification and authorization). 

Cancellations

If you no longer wish to have access to Any.do’s Premium features, you may cancel your subscription at any point in time. If you cancel your plan, you will still be able to use the Premium features until the end of the billing period, afterwards your account data will still remain available under the Free status. To cancel your subscription plan, see instructions below per the payment platform you upgraded through. Be advised that cancelling the plan is not the same as submitting a refund request.

Refunds

Per our TOS subscription purchases are eligible for a refund if requested up to 48 hours upon your payment being processed. We do not offer any partial or prorated refunds after this period. To apply for a refund, please reach out to our team via the Contact Form with your Any.do account’s email address (for identification and authorization). Be advised that cancelling the plan is not the same as submitting a refund request.

Note: Deleting your profile/ uninstalling the app/ inactivity will not be considered as cancellation or a refund request. 


Google Play: Modify/ cancel/ apply for refund

✔️ To switch payment plans:

Please reach out to our team via the Contact Form with your Any.do account’s email address (for identification and authorization). 

✔️ To cancel your Premium/ Trial subscription:

  1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play Store .
  2. Check if you’re signed in to the correct Google Account.
  3. Tap the Menu  on the top left corner.
  4. Go to Subscriptions.
  5. Locate Any.do‘s subscription plan and select it.
  6. Tap ‘Cancel subscription’.

You will still be able to enjoy Premium features until the original subscription expires, but you won’t be charged. Keep in mind that simply cancelling the subscription will not ensure a refund.

Note: Deleting your profile or uninstalling the app will not be considered as cancellation or a refund request.


Huawei AppGallery: Modify/ cancel/ apply for refund

✔️ To switch payment plans:

Please reach out to our team via the Contact Form with your Any.do account’s email address (for identification and authorization). 

✔️ To cancel your Premium/ Trial subscription:

  • Go to Settings > Account center > Payment and purchases > Subscriptions.
  • Alternatively, open AppGallery, and go to Me > Account center > Payment and purchases > Subscriptions. Then, select Any.do and choose ‘Cancel Subscription’.

You will still be able to enjoy Premium features until the original subscription expires, but you won’t be charged. Keep in mind that simply cancelling the subscription will not ensure a refund.

Apple: Modify/ cancel/ apply for refund

✔️ To cancel your Premium/ Trial subscription:
Follow the instructions on the Apple Website here.

You will still be able to enjoy Premium features until the original subscription expires, but you won’t be charged. Keep in mind that simply cancelling the subscription will not ensure a refund.

Any.do (via Stripe): Modify/ cancel/ apply for refund

✔️ To switch payment plans:

Contact our team via the Contact Form with your Any.do account’s email address (for identification and authorization). 

✔️ To cancel your Premium/ Trial/ Teams subscription:

Log into the Web app from any desktop browser (not via a mobile device). Then:

1. Open the Settings menu on the right.
2. Go to Account Status (Profile)
3. Choose Manage Subscription → Leave Premium.
You will still be able to enjoy Premium features until the original subscription expires, but you won’t be charged. Keep in mind that simply cancelling the subscription will not ensure a refund.
