Creating Custom Board Views

Create a personal view tailored to your requirements!

Updated over a week ago

Custom views give team members the freedom to focus on the tasks that matter most. Whether you're an admin looking to oversee their team's progress or a member looking to see all their tasks from all associated boards, Any.do's custom views are here to help you narrow down your focus. From the privacy of your personal space (with no access to other team members), you can create as many custom views as you need to optimize your workflow and make sure everything gets done - on time.

Availability:

  • Teams users - admins and members.

  • Supported on web/desktop only.

πŸ› οΈ How does it work?

  • There are 3 ways in which users can organize their custom views:

    • By people - choosing what tasks to view by their assignee.

    • By due date - choosing what tasks to view by a specific time frame.

    • By boards & sections - choosing what tasks to view by specific sections within specific boards.

  • You can customize the view by reordering its sections.

  • You can edit tasks straight from the custom view.

  • The custom view is private and no other members have access to that view.

  • New tasks added to the board or section selected will be added to the custom view.

Note: At this time there is no option to edit the view type/sections/boards after the initial creation.
