This guide will walk you through adding, editing, and deleting tasks and events, setting alerts, durations, and recurrence, as well as adding notes, locations, and invitees. Whether you’re using the mobile app or the web/desktop version, these instructions will help you keep your schedule organized and ensure you never miss an important task or event.

Within your Calendar Views you have the option to easily manage, edit and delete events as needed.

  1. From the home menu, tap on your Calendar View

    (right bottom of the menu).

  2. Enter the event title in the bottom input.

  3. Add your event information and select 'Save' on the top right corner of your screen.

  4. Your event will be added and synced to your device’s native calendar.

  1. Tap on the event title from your Calendar View.

  2. Tap on 'Edit' on the top right corner of the Event Menu.

  3. Tap 'Save' at the top right corner of the Event Menu, to save any changes.

Note: Some settings, such as the preferred calendar, cannot be edited once the event has been created. These can only be set when creating the event.

  1. Tap on the event title, or create a new event to open the Event Menu.

  2. Under 'Alarm' set the desired Notification for this event. To add multiple alarms tap on "Add another alarm".

  3. Tap 'Save' at the top right corner of the Event Menu.

βŒ› To set a duration for an event on Android/iOS

  1. Tap on the event title, or create a new event to open the Event Menu

  2. Under 'Event Time' tap on the date on the left side to set the due date, tap on the time on the right side to set the due time. To set an all day event, toggle the button next to "All Day Event".

Additionally, in the 1/3/7 Days Views you may also drag through the calendar to create an event by duration:

  1. Mark the duration on the screen by holding and dragging from the place you want it to start to the time you want it to end.

For desktop events, after creating an event for a specific time and date you will be automatically alerted at the designated time and date as long as you've allowed for desktop notifications from the app's Settings.

For desktop events, when creating an event you may select the desired time and date and toggle the 'all day' event option if needed.

  1. From the left menu, click on My Calendar.

  4. Click on "More Options".

  5. Click on "Does not repeat" and select your preference.

πŸ”€ Can I drag and drop tasks in the Calendar View?

In the Web/desktop apps you can easily drag and drop events to your preferred locations/.

On the mobile apps, this isn't currently an option but you can edit the events to change their due date which will reflect in the calendar view.

βž• Why can't I add a task in the Calendar View?

Adding tasks through the Calendar View can only be done via the Web/desktop apps. On the mobile apps, users can add tasks by simply opening any of their lists or boards and adding a task directly from there.

β›” Will the calendar automatically remove declined meetings?

Not at this time. You may remove any unwanted events by deleting them according to the instructions here.

🀝 If I add invitees will I receive acceptance-notice through the app?

The app will display the event and all related invitees in your Calendar View. However, any acceptance or decline notice will be sent through your native calendar client.

πŸ”” I can't get calendar notifications to work!

Please make sure that you have enabled the calendar notifications per the instructions here so that you're able to receive the alerts.
