Find your preferred template
Click Use this template

Save your favorite board setups and reuse them anytime by turning them into custom templates for your team.

Open the board you want to save
Click the 3-dot menu → Save as template
Add a name and optional description
Choose what to include:
Workflow only (sections only)
Workflow with content (sections + tasks)
Workflow with content and people (includes task assignees)
ℹ️ Custom templates are available to all Workspace members.

Keep your template library organized by updating or removing templates you no longer need.

Open the Workspace name section
Click Edit on the top right
Update the name or description, or delete the template entirely

Absolutely! You can create a custom template within your account, name it and then simply ask any of your workspace members to add it as a board within their own accounts.
