🔗 Ways to Share Boards
Family: Share any board within your Family Space (up to 4 boards)
Workspace: Invite Workspace members, or share a public view-only link
Private Boards (Workspace only): Hidden from others unless explicitly invited
Public Boards: Visible only to your Family or Workspace—not to external users unless you generate a public link (Workspace only)

You can invite people from your Family or Workspace space to collaborate on any board. Each board's access is controlled individually, so you choose who sees what.

Open the board you want to share
If no members are added yet, click the gray + Share button
If members are already added, click the blue + next to their profile icons
Choose the members you want to invite from your space
📱 On Android & iOS
Open the board
If no members are added, tap the blue Share button
If members already exist, tap the 3-dot menu → Members

🔒 Adding Members to Private Boards (Workspace Only)
Private boards are fully hidden from your Workspace unless someone is invited.

Open the private board
Tap the blue Share button or go to the 3-dot menu → Members
Add members from your Workspace
💡 Note: Members who were not specifically invited to a private board will not see the board in the directory and won’t know it exists.

Only board admins can invite/remove/change permissions for members
Permissions can be managed per board member
Available permission levels:
Editor – Can create, edit, and move tasks
Viewer – Can view but not change anything
Workspace admins can share a board via a public view-only link (Web only)
🔧 How to Adjust Board Member Permissions
Open the board
Click the blue + (Web) or tap the 3 dots icon and select Members (Mobile)
Click/tap the member’s role
Choose a different role or select Remove
🌐 How to Share a Public Workspace Board (Web Only)
Workspace admins can also share a board via a view-only public link:
Open a specific board
If no members are added, click the gray + Invite board members
If members are already added, click the blue + next to member icons
Toggle the Get a public link option at the bottom
Copy the link using the clipboard icon
Paste the link and send it to others

If someone no longer needs access to a board, you can remove them at any time from the board’s member settings.

Click the dropdown next to the member’s name
Select Remove
