🗺️ Where you can set reminders from
You can add or adjust a reminder wherever you edit a task—here are the most common entry points.
Task view (all platforms) – open a task → Remind me to set one‑time or recurring.
Quick add (all platforms) – type natural language like “Pay rent next Fri 9am” to auto‑suggest a reminder. You can switch to recurring after saving.
Mobile only – add or edit Location under Remind me.
Note: Recurring schedules are set from the task view (not from quick add).
⏱️ Create a one‑time reminder
Perfect for single dates like meetings, appointments, or one‑off tasks.
💡 Want to keep a due date but skip the alert? Toggle the reminder off.
📱 Android & iOS
Open a task → tap Remind me.
Choose One‑time → set date & time → Save.
💻 Web/Desktop
Open a task → click Remind me.
Pick date & time → Save.
🔁 Create a recurring reminder
Ideal for routines such as medications, weekly chores, and monthly bills.
Behavior: Recurring reminders only generate the next instance after you complete the current one. Until you mark it Done, the series will not move forward.
Completing an occurrence early moves the schedule forward from that completion.
Completing the same recurring task multiple times in one day can skip upcoming occurrences (expected behavior).
📱 Android & iOS
Open a task → Remind me → Recurring.
Choose Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or Yearly → pick times → Save.
💻 Web/Desktop
Open a task → Remind me → Recurring.
Choose Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Yearly → set the time → Save.
🔧 Advanced recurring options (Premium, Family, Workspace)
👑 Available on Premium, Family (in Personal space), and Workspace. Unlock flexible schedules that match real life.

✅ Quick steps (Android · iOS · Web/Desktop)

Choose how it ends: toggle Task never ends off to select Ends on (date) or Ends after (count).
Save.

📍 About location reminders (paid plans)
Get alerted when you arrive or leave a place—great for errands and on-the-go tasks.
See also: 📍 Location Reminders for Personal Tasks
Works on mobile only (Android and iOS).
Choose Arrive or Leave for a saved place or a new address.
A task can have either a time‑based reminder or a location reminder. If you already set one, clear it first to switch.
Location reminders are always 'recurring reminders' as they will continue to alert you on-location until they are removed/disables.
