Refunds & Cancellations

We understand that your productivity needs are constantly changing. However, if there are any issues that might impact your use of the app, we strongly encourage you to reach out to our Support Team before making any final decision.

If you still want to cancel or even get a refund for your plan - we believe in full transparency. Cancellations can be easily done according to your specific subscription plan and selected payment platform, while refunds will be issued per our TOS. To learn more, see below.

Availability:

  • Premium users.

  • Family users - admins only.

  • Teams users - admins only.

  • Supported on all platforms (functionality-based, see below).


🛠️ How does it work?

  • Cancellations:

    • Users can cancel their subscription at any point in time.

    • If you cancel your plan, you will still be able to use the upgraded features until the end of the billing period, afterwards your account data will still remain available under the Free status.

    • To cancel your subscription plan, see instructions below per your subscription plan and the payment platform you upgraded through.

    • Be advised that cancelling a plan is not the same as submitting a refund request.

  • Refunds:

    • Refunds are issues during the eligibility period only (see details below) and per our TOS.

    • We do not offer any partial or prorated refunds after this period.

Note: Deleting your profile/ uninstalling the app/ inactivity will not be considered as cancellation or a refund request.


❓ How to know which payment plan you've purchased

👑 Premium

  • If you see the Premium status in your web/desktop app, you own a Premium plan.

  • If you have an Apple, google play or Huawei subscription - you most likely have a premium subscription.

  • If you upgraded directly with us (using a credit card), your plan is through stipe.

Note: You can find details about your plan under your mobile app's settings-> profile.

❤️ Family

  • If you see the Family status in your web/desktop app, you own a Family plan.

  • If you upgraded via the app store it will be under your Apple Store or Google Play subscriptions.

  • If you upgraded directly with us (using a credit card), your plan is through stipe.

Note: You can find details about your plan under your mobile app's settings-> profile.

👥 Teams

  • If you're paying for more than a single member and see the Teams status in your web/desktop app, you own a Teams plan and paying through Stripe.

📱Canceling Premium Trial/Plan via Google Play

  1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play app.

  2. Check if you’re signed in to the correct Google Account (the one used for paying).

  3. At the top right, tap the profile icon.

  4. Tap Payments & subscriptions Subscriptions.

  5. Locate Any.do's subscription plan and select it.

  6. Tap 'Cancel subscription'.

📱Canceling Premium Trial/Plan via Huawei AppGallery

  1. Go to Settings > Account center > Payment and purchases > Subscriptions.

  2. Alternatively, open AppGallery, and go to Me > Account center > Payment and purchases > Subscriptions. Then, select Any.do and choose ‘Cancel Subscription’.

📱Canceling Premium Trial/Plan via Apple

  1. Open the iOS Settings app.

  2. Tap your name.

  3. Tap Subscriptions.

  4. Tap on Any.do

  5. Tap Cancel Subscription. You might need to scroll down to find the Cancel Subscription button. If there is no Cancel button or you see an expiration message in red text, the subscription is already canceled.

💻 Canceling Premium Trial/Plan via Stripe

Log into the Web app from any desktop browser (not via a mobile device). Then:

  1. Open the Settings menu from your left side panel (avatar icon/wheel icon).

  2. Go to Profile.

  3. Choose Manage Subscription → Leave Premium.

Note: After the cancellation you will still be able to enjoy Premium features until the original subscription expires, but you won’t be charged. Keep in mind that simply cancelling the subscription will not ensure a refund.


↩️ Premium Refunds

Per our TOS, Premium subscription purchases are eligible for a refund if requested up to 48 hours upon your payment being processed. Be advised that we do not offer any partial or prorated refunds after this period.

If you are eligible for a refund please reach out to our team via the Contact Form with your Any.do account's email address, as it appears under Settings - Profile in your app (for identification and authorization).

Note: Deleting your profile or uninstalling the app will not be considered as cancellation or a refund request.


❤️ Any.do Family

📱Cancelling the Family plan via Google Play

💻 Cancelling the Family plan via Stripe

The Admin of the space can cancel the subscription plan from the space management screen.

Log into the Web app from any desktop browser (not via a mobile device). Then:

  1. Open the settings menu from the top left settings icon/ profile image next to your profile name.

  2. Under the space settings, select “Manage space”.

  3. Click on the 3 dots menu.

  4. Select cancel subscription.

💡 Note: Once the subscription is canceled it will not be renewed in the next billing period but will stay active until the subscription period ends.


↩️ Family Refunds

Per our TOS, Family subscription purchases are eligible for a refund if requested up to 48 hours upon your payment being processed. Be advised that we do not offer any partial or prorated refunds after this period.

👥 Any.do Teams (Workspace)

💻 Cancelling your Teams Trial/Plan via Stripe

The Admin of the workspace can cancel the subscription plan from the space management screen.

Log into the Web app from any desktop browser (not via a mobile device). Then:

  1. Open the settings menu from the top left settings icon/ profile image next to your profile name.

  2. Under the space settings, select “Manage space”.

  3. Click on the 3 dots menu.

  4. Select 'Delete space'.

💲To cancel your Teams yearly/monthly subscription via Stripe

The Admin of the workspace can cancel the subscription plan from the space management screen.

Log into the Web app from any desktop browser (not via a mobile device). Then:

  1. Open the settings menu from the top left settings icon/ profile image next to your profile name.

  2. Under the space settings, select “Manage space”.

  3. Click on the 3 dots menu.

  4. Select cancel subscription.

💡 Note: Once the subscription is canceled it will not be renewed in the next billing period but will stay active until the subscription period ends. If you are not interested to see your space you can just delete it.


↩️ Teams Refunds

Note: Per our TOS, monthly Teams subscription purchases are eligible for a refund if requested up to 48 hours upon your payment being processed. Yearly Teams subscription purchases are eligible for a refund if requested up to 14 days upon your payment being processed.

Be advised that we do not offer any partial or prorated refunds after this period.

If you are eligible for a refund please reach out to our team via the Contact Form with your Any.do account's email address, as it appears under Settings - Profile in your app (for identification and authorization).

Note: Deleting your profile/space or uninstalling the app will not be considered as cancellation or a refund request.
