Sharing Calendars

Share your calendar with other users so they can see the same events

Updated over a week ago

While Any.do does not have a direct sharing feature to allow users to view the same calendar(s) from different accounts, you can still indirectly share your calendar if needed.

Availability:

  • Personal users (free).

  • Premium users.

  • Family users.

  • Teams users.

  • Supported on all platforms.

🛠️ How does it work?

  • Any.do's Calendar Integration syncs your mobile devices' native calendar(s) to Any.do, allowing you to see your tasks next to any of your calendar events.

  • Unlike lists, calendars cannot be shared directly through the app, however you can still see the same events as your family members or colleagues by sharing the specific calendar(s) from its native-client's settings.
