How does it work?
- Our AI learns from your task history, preferences, and patterns, creating a virtual blueprint of your productivity style and then starts recommending task tailored exclusively to you and your goals!
To activate Any.do AI
✔️ Personal users
Simply upgrade your plan to Premium and get immediate access to the AI features.
✔️ Workspace (Teams) users
Admins will have direct access to the AI features, which they can also choose to activate for the rest of their team members from under the Workspace Management screen.
To create tasks (lists) with AI
✔️Web/ Windows/ Mac
- Open the List
- Click on “Suggest”
- Click on “Agree”
- Add the tasks
✔️ iOS
- Open the list
- Open the 3 dots menu
- Click on “Suggest”
- Click on “Agree”
- Add the tasks
Note: If the suggestions are not what you were looking for, press the “Try again” option to load different suggestions.
