Reminders for the due tasks are probably one of the best ways to ensure action items are getting done on time. Whether you're working alone or with an entire team, having a deadline will encourage you to stay on track and prioritize your work accordingly. Any.do Workspace offers flexible time and date settings for each of your tasks that can easily be shared throughout your board for successful collaboration.

π οΈ How does it work?
All active board members can add due date and time and reminders to the workspace tasks
Due dates can be added with or without a time
Time and date will be shared with all collaborators and available for viewing
All active board members can create Recurring Tasks.
π How to add/ remove due date and time
π» Web/ Desktop
Open a task
Click on "Due date"
Select a date.
If you want to add the time, click on "Set due time".
To remove the due time, open the due date section and press X next to the time and to remove the due date press "Clear all".

Open a task.
Press on "Due date".
Select a date.
If you wan to add the time, toggle the time option and select the time.
Press "Save".
To remove the due time, open the due date section and toggle off the time and to remove the due date tap "Clear" and save the task.
π How to set a reminder for the task

Open a task.
Click on the due date.
Click on "Add Reminder".
Choose a reminder from several options.
To remove the reminder, click on the X next to it and save the task.

Open a task.
Press on the due date.
Press on "Add a reminder".
Choose one of the options.
Press "Save".
To remove the reminder, click on the X next to it and save the task.
π How to set a recurring reminder

Open a workspace board.
Select the task to open its Task Menu.
Click on "Due Date".
If the task already has a due date set up tap on it to open the date and time menu.
Select the date and time you want the recurrence to start.
Click on the repeat icon to set up the recurrence.
Click on "Repeat every" to choose the frequency for your recurring reminder.
Choose the end time for the recurrence- by toggling off "Task never ends", and select the end date ("Ends on") or total number of repetitions ("Ends after"). When "Task never ends" is toggled on, the tasks will continue to appear until they are deleted.
Set what will trigger the task to recur: (a) Current task is due (b) Task is archived (c) Tag changed to a specific tag (d) Task moved to a specific section.
Set under what section the task will be created.
Set what information the task will include: (a) all data (b) assignees (c) tags (d) notes (e) checklists (f) attachments.
Click "Save" to save the task.
