Viewers can’t edit, comment, or be mentioned, which keeps your workspace secure and focused.

👀 What External Viewers can (and cannot) see
Prefer authenticated access for teammates? Add them as Board Viewers instead → Roles & Permissions
✅ External viewers can:
Open a read‑only web page of your board
See columns and items update as your team works
🚫 External viewers cannot:
Edit items, comment, upload files, or change settings
View Activity or Chat, or receive @mentions / notifications
Access private boards unless you share that board’s public link
Privacy note: Anyone with the link (as long as the board is open for external viewing) can view the tasks within that board. For sensitive work, keep boards private or disable external viewing.

Want collaborators to sign in and keep a trail of Activity? Invite them to the Space or board → Roles & Permissions
🌐 Enable the public link
Open the board on Web/Desktop.
Click the ⋯ menu near the board title (or open Share).
Choose External Viewers / Public link.
Toggle Enable link.
Click Copy link to share.

Open External Viewers / Public link again.
Toggle Disable to revoke access for everyone with the link.

Paste the link into the address bar of a desktop browser for the best, full‑width view.
On mobile, open the same link in any modern mobile browser to see a simplified read‑only view.
No sign‑in required. The page is read‑only and refreshes with your team’s latest updates.
