Want to see Any.do in your language - or help improve existing translations? The Any.do Translators Community lets you contribute translations through Lokalise, our translation platform. You do not need to be technical. If you are comfortable translating between English and another language, you can help. As a thank you, active translators receive Premium access while they contribute.

Any.do users on all plans can apply (Free, Premium, Family, and Workspace).
π§© How translating with Lokalise works
Lokalise includes βprojectsβ for different Any.do apps (iOS, Android, and Web). Each project contains short pieces of text called keys. Your job is to translate a key into the target language.
β How to apply to become a translator
Before you apply, make sure you can translate into one of the supported languages listed below and that you have an active Any.do account.

Open Any.do.
Go to Settings.
Tap Any.do Community.
Tap Help Translate Any.do.
Choose the languages you can translate.
Submit your application using the email address connected to your Any.do account.

β How to add a translation in Lokalise
Once you are approved and logged in, adding a translation is simple.
Find the key you want to translate.
Click the empty field next to your language.
Add your translation.
Review it for spelling and meaning.
Tip: Lokalise may show auto-translation suggestions. These can help, but it is best to review and adjust them so they match natural language.

If you want to focus on specific keys, you can sort and filter what you see.
Open the Sort by drop-down at the top of the page.
Choose an option like:
First added
Last added
Last updated
A-Z

Comments help translators coordinate, especially when a phrase has context.
Click the comment bubble next to a key to comment on that key.
To comment on the overall project, use the comment option at the top-right.
Reply to existing comments when needed.
Use @name to notify a specific contributor.

These are common terms you may see while translating:
Personal Space: The private area where you manage your own tasks and lists.
Personal Lists: Lists used to group and manage personal tasks.
Personal Tasks: Tasks that are only visible to you in your personal space.
My Day: Your daily planner view for planning and prioritizing.
Workspace: A shared space for teams to collaborate on boards.
Members: People added to a shared space, with different permission levels.
Board: A shared project space built from sections and tasks.
Templates: Ready-made board setups you can start from.
Board Tasks: Tasks inside a board, including collaboration tools like assignees, due dates, and activity.
